You're my favorite sunset

I witnessed a cotton candy sunset,
I watched how the shadows fall, together with my worries just by looking at it.
Can't help to smile as the pink sky reflected in my eyes
I've seen it countless of times, yet still my favorite sight of mine.

Love how your colors reflected in the sea
All the shades of pink, mixed with orange and yellow give me peace.
Love how your rays caress my skin so gently,
Wondering how something so plain turns to this beautiful scenery.

I promise to love all of your shades and all your hues,
If you decided to be dark, golden, or just painted with blue.
Words are not enough to thank Him for painting you,
The sands of time are not wasted just by looking at you.

Ps.
Always remember, you are my favorite kind of sunset.
