Please, don't be afraid to cry,
Remember that this saltiness that linger will soon dry.
Recognized your pain and don't put up this brick wall,
Slowly open up your eyes and let those tears fall.
Embrace this mini waterfalls sliding down your cheeks,
You will be stronger and braver after this.
Let go of the hurt and let away your pain,
It will wash out smoothly like tears in the rain.
Please, don't be afraid to cry.
When you locked up in a room with an exit covered with sadness,
When you chocked up from the blinding pain that blurs the words inside your head.
Remember that there will always be a ray of blistering morning sun after this lonely darkest night.
Cry yourself to sleep until your heart has no more tears,
Learning eyes sometimes leak so it's okay if there's a moment you felt weak.
Don't ignore your feelings and be gentle to yourself.
Just cry and scream until there's no pain left.

It's okay to cry sunshine, even the clouds above do it too.
