Chris and I immediately got to working on plans. We researched how to create pressure cooker bombs and pipe bombs. Because it's 2021 and the internet is completely different from how it once was (where almost anything was allowed), finding out how to create these explosives was a pain in the ass. We did eventually manage to find a tutorial from a weird website that probably gave my computer several different viruses. The person crafting the pipe-bomb alluded to the video being strictly for educational purposes numerous times and the quality was around 380p. But we still managed to gather coherent directions.
Chris and I drove to Ace Hardware, making jokes about how we were like terrorists. Deep down though, beneath the laughter, I was preparing myself for the oncoming battle against the giant machines. This was unlike anything I had ever done before. But not only was I fighting against the animatronics. It was Chris and I Vs. Luke, Emma Jacob, and Vanny. They outnumbered us. After buying the materials, we brought them back to my house. My mom was at work and I made a point to dispose of all evidence we created these devices. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to create these but I don't care. I must destroy every last robot.
Chris and I each created our own pipe bombs and went to go test them in my backyard. In hind sight, it was a dumb idea to test them in my backyard instead of some rural deserted area but it doesn't matter because we were never caught. My pipe bomb looked like shit. Chris's pipe bomb looked like it could be used in the military. Mine still had a good explosion but it wasn't as good as his. So he created them while I looked through more of Vanny's conversations with other people. What I stumbled across in her camera roll was highly disturbing - there were pictures of me... But they weren't ones I had taken. They were pictures of me taken from afar - pictures from before we were together.
While digging through her messages, I found very odd conversations where Vanny would ask random locals if they knew me, what I was like, what school I went to, where I lived, etc. She and this cult had used this information to track me down since they somehow found me as the last living relative of William Afton. What baffled me was that no one in these Snapchat messages was even questioning Vanny. My peers were vaguely describing me without questions or concerns as to why she wanted to know things about me. Most people are like NPCs. They just blindly do what is asked of them without questioning 9 times out of 10. It's mildly infuriating, but at the same time, normal. They'd have no reason to assume Vanny had ill intent at the time. All I can say is luckily everyone seemed to like me. Nobody said anything particularly bad about me.
By the time Chris made 15 pipe bombs, we were out of supplies to make any more and also out of cash. Chris hadn't been working much since school started and made plans to go back to working for his uncle on weekends. I went into my mom's room and grabbed her gun. I then went to the backyard and grabbed a big propane tank.
"Why do we need this?" Chris said as I handed him the propane tank, "I mean I know it's flammable and explosive but how would we use it?"
"The animatronics - I saw their stomach compartments open. If we can get this tank of propane in there, it's over for them," I told him, shutting the trunk with the propane tank inside. It was getting dark. Knowing my mom was coming, I quickly put the gun in the car and drove away with Chris. Chris checked Vanny's Snapmap in the passenger seat.
"Okay so each of these weird fuckers are in a different part of town,"
"They could all be at the same place. The Snapmap only updates every time they text or even see a text,"
"I know. But here it says 10 minutes ago for Luke at the train station and here it says 3 minutes ago for Emma at uh- do you know where Panda Express is?"
"Yes, I go there almost every week. I couldn't live without their orange chicken,"
"Yeah, she's in like- that neighborhood area,"
