Friday Afternoon.

::Eva::

I was at lunch with Ashley after leaving her doctor's appointment. I haven't heard from August since Tuesday night. "I figured he wouldn't come." She said looking over her menu. "He is still mad." She added. "And his sisters...." I shook my head and laughed. "I remember those days."

"Eva if I wasn't pregnant I'm telling you.." "Chile I was saying the same thing. Give them time to come around." "Time? How much?" She had curiosity in her voice. "Ashley, It took basically my whole pregnancy. It got to a point to where I had to tell them look if you can't respect me then you won't be around me nor my daughter. They did not want to hear what I was saying. It took me being in the hospital for Kylie and his dad to come around but it took a proposal for her to finally get that I was there and wasn't going.. but here we are." I somewhat joked.

"Eva I just want to really apologize to you. I was being so selfish I never stopped to think about how my actions would affect you and Armani."

"Ashley you don't have to apologize to me. If it wasn't you then it would have been someone else."

She nodded. "Yeah well I still feel bad."

I was waiting for Alex come out of the airport. She was coming home until next semester. I missed my bestfriend. I was tired of only seeing her on FaceTime or Skype. I got out of my car and waited for her to come out of her terminal. I laughed and stuck my phone in my back pocket when I heard loud mouth Alex on her phone yelling at someone. "What did I tell you?....Alright then so stop asking the same stupid ass question." She said before hanging up her phone. She looked up. I ran to her wrapping my legs around her torso hugging her tightly. "I missed you." I said. "I missed you too. Now get your heavy ass off of me."

I laughed. I got down and helped her put her luggage into my car. I closed the trunk and got into the car. "Where is my god daughter?" She asked looking at the empty car seats in the back. "She to August's dad house."

"You let them crazy mother-" I cut her off. "Yes her aunt and grandfather took her out of town."

"Ummhuh, Where my neice and nephew?" "They are at my dad's house." "Girl you lucky, No kids!" She joked.

The Bluetooth in my car started ringing. I looked at the radio screen and seen it was Trey.

Eva:: Hello

Trey:: Hey what you doing?

Eva:: Nothing just leaving the airport. You?

Trey:: In my car. Chris is having a house party tonight and I wanted to know if you wanted to come.

Eva:: Well I just picked my bestfriend up from the airport and I was planning on hanging out with her tonight.

Trey:: I understand.

I looked a Alex who was sitting in the passenger's seat shaking her head.

Alex:: Hey Trey this is Alex. Her bestfriend. What time is this party?

Trey:: It started 10 minutes ago.

Alex:: We are coming.

Trey:: I'll come pick yall up. Text me the address.

I was laying acroos my bed of my new home in my nike joggers and sports bra. I was watching tv waiting for Trey to get here. I got out my bed and walked over to my door opening it when I heard August voice in the hallway. "Why you be going off on my boy?" He asked laughing at Alex. "He so annoying. I told yall I DONT FUCK WITH HIM!" He laughed and shook his head until he noticed me standing there.
