"It's not that Niall. I thought my letter announcing if I made it to music school came.'' Alana smiled, slightly as a small light bulb goes off in my head.

''Oh yeah! Clifton Millgrid's Music School? Yeah, I saw a letter from them on the table!'' I exclaim, remembering the neatly folded letter withe cursive words Clifton Millgrid's Music School on the front.

''YAYAYYAYAYYAYAYYAYA!!" Alana shrieked, sprinting downstairs.

''Is someone dieing?'' Greg asked, sleepily as I laughed, following Alana downstairs.

I see Alana more then a sister. Of course NOT a relationship sorta thing but a best friend relationship. She was always a big support with me and my music and we would do anything for each other. Yet we fight like cats and dogs, I love her so much.

''Wait! I want to record your reaction!'' Greg exclaims, grabbing the camera, recording.

This might be the moment, Alana would look back every year.

My heart drops as Alana chokes out the last sentences.

'' 'We don't think you are qualified to be in such a professional. We're sorry but please try again next year.' '' Alana sobbed as I stood there in shock.

Alana had a beautiful voice. Better than mine. How could they... not accept her? Realization clicked into my mind. Alana had stage fright. A terrible fright. I remember how she came home the day of the auditions, half confident. If only, they could know the truth.

''I'm sorry, Alana.'' Greg said, sincerely as we all had a group hug. Alana sniffled before giving a weak smile.

''Guess I'll have to practice more.''

This was the determined Alana I knew.
