Night shift

Chapter two: The message

I was to exited to go to sleep before my job. I should have gotten some rest because i'm staying at the pizzeria until 6:00 am. I will get some sleep after my job. Because now I got a career to look forward to. I finally walk into the building. And there's the janitor waiting for me.

" Hello sir, my name is Jeremy, I will be doing the night watch this week, Scott told me you would help me find my way to the security room. "

The janitor was a old man who looked like a nice guy.

" Hello, yes I remember, come along now I will show you the way. Just note that tomorrow, I will not be waiting here for you at the entrance because you will already know the way to the security room, right? "  

"  Yes. " I reply.

" Good. " The old man showed me the way, when we got there, he had one more thing to say.

" Scott had left a message for you, it would be wise to listen to it, and there is also a flash light that he gave me to give you, good luck and good bye. "

Good bye I replied. The office was not to big and not to small. It was heavily decorated by drawings, posters, crafts and all kinds off stuff that kids would make. Then again, this is a pizzeria mostly suited for kids. Strait ahead was a big long hall way. 

" So i'm supposed so flash my light to see whats in the hall way, why would I need to do that? "

Strait to my left and to my right there were two air vents. 

" Why is that? " I ask myself.

I got really confused so I decided to go ahead and to take a look at the message Scott left me.

" Uh, hello? Hello, Hello? Uh, hello and welcome to your new summer job at the and improved Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. I'm here to talk you through some of the things you can expect to see during your first week here and to help you get started down this new and exciting path. Now, I want you to forget anything you may have heard  about the old location, some people still have a somewhat negative impression of the company. But I want to reassure you, Fazbear Entertainment is committed to family fun and above all, safety. They've spent a small fortune on these new animatronics, lets see, facial recognition, advance mobility, they even let them walk around during day. Isn't that neat? But most importantly, they're all tied into some kind of criminal database, so they can detect there predator a mile away. Hell, we should be paying them to guard you. 

Uh... you're only the second guard to work at that location. Uh, the first guy finished his week, but complained about... conditions. Uh, we switched him over to the day shift , so hey lucky you, right? Uh, your concern is that certain characters seemed to move around at night, and even attempted to get into the office. Now from what we know, that should be impossible. Uh, that restaurant should be the safest place on earth. So while are engineers don't really have an explanation for this, the working theory is that... the robots were never given a proper "night mode". So when it gets quiet, they think there in the wrong room so then they go try to find where the people are, and in this case, that's your office. So our temporary solution is this: there's a music box over by the Prize Counter, and its rigged to be wound up remotely. So just, every once in a while, switch over to the Prize Counter video feed and wind it up for a few seconds. It doesn't seem to affect all of the animatronics, but it does affect... one of them. Uh, and as for the rest of them, we have an even easier solution. You see, there may be a minor glitch in the system. Something like robots seeing you as an endoskeleton without its costume on, and wanting to stuff you in a suit, so hey, we've given you an empty Freddy Fazbear head, problem solved! You can put it anytime, leave it on for as long as you want. Eventually anything that wandered in, will wander back out. 

Uh, something else worth mentioning is kind of the modern design of the building. You may have noticed there are no doors for you to close, heh. But hey, you have a light! And even if your flash light can run out of power, the building cannot. So, don't worry about the place going dark. Well, I think that's it. Uh, remember to check the cameras, you can flash the light in each rooms and the and both of the vents. Keep the music box wound up, piece of cake. Have a good night and I will talk to you tomorrow!

" OK, that was a long message. I got every thing I need to know,  keep the music box going, check the cameras,  use my flash light, not to scared of those animatronics cause I got a Freddy mask, they will start moving at 12:00 am, that's like in 10 minutes from now! Don't get stuffed in to a suit, i'm good to go. " I say in sarcastic way.
