Chapter 5

Sam's P.O.V

"Shit!" Harry yelled. I felt a someone get a full strong grip on my wrist and tug me away. I looked as we were running that it was Zayn pulling me.

"Ruuuuuunnnnnn!" Louis screamed in a dramatic tone, but I don't think anyone really took it as a joke because we were running! Harry was pulling Lauryn beside us while Liam and Louis were ahead of us. Behind us were a big group of girls screaming and crying trying to get as close to the boys as possible.

"I was a little caught off guard when we began to run, but after a while Zayn wasn't dragging me behind him, I was running with him, but I did not want to left go of his hand so I didn't. We had been running for about 1 and a half blocks now. Man! These girls were not going to give up. I could see Lauryn was running out of breath and I was too, but being the soccer player that I am, I could still run quite the distance. I knew exactly where were and thought of a place we could go to hide from the crazed fans. I noticed the fans were falling behind so I took this as our chance to escape. We turned a corner and right on our right was a long alley.

"Guys down here!" I said not loud enough so the fans could hear even if they were still a few paces behind us. I tugged on Zayn's arm and grabbed lauryn's open hand and pulled us into the alley.

"Wait for us!" Louis cried. After a jog down the aller we took a left and there it was. The ladder. I ran over to it letting go of mine and Zayn's forever grip. I started to climb it.

"Sam I don't think we are suppose to go up there!" Liam whispered below me. I looked down and saw them all staring at me.

"C'mon, would you rather be mauled by your fans or safe up here?" I asked.

"Safe!" Louis said jumping onto the ladder and climbing up. Everyone followed behins with Liam as the last one up. Still a bit queesy about the thought of being somewhere that didn't seem right.

"Liam once you see why we are going this way you won't care if we're suppose to be there or not." I said to him as we joined the group of people.

"This way!" I commanded heading to over the other side of the building. Eveyone followed me. Good thing we were only about 10 feet off the ground or Zayn would be passed out by now. Once we got to an open space on the roof of some building everyone stopped and awed. I smiled noticing their reactions. I knew they would like it.

"Oh my gosh Sam how did you find this?" Lauryn asked me. I noticed she was still holding Harry's hand I smiled and said,

"I was exploring one day." Not far away you could see a clear view of the ocean and the sun was shining over it. Zayn came over to me and nudged me.

"You were exploring on rooftops?" He asked looking down at me smiling. Everybody laughed and I nudged him back, but a little bit harder.

"Well when my mom died my dad became a wreck. A drunken wreck and he would yell...a lot. When he did I would leave and run to find a better place. I went down that same alley, found the same ladder, and found this place! Crazy, but now I come here all the time." I explained.

"So this is where you would disappear to!" Lauryn said still admiring the view.

"Yes ma'am!" I said.

"This is beautiful!" Liam said walking around the open rooftop.

"It's better than beautiful!" Louis said doing exploring the area. I just smiled and looked at the ocean remembering everything I came here for.

Zayn's P.O.V

It was amazing! The view and the scenery around was undescribable. I looked at Sam who was smiling and enjoying the the view as well. I couldn't do anything, laugh at how she had a leaf in her hair. She noticed my giggling and looked at me.

"What's so funny?" She asked. I shook my head and reached out and grabbed the leaf to show her. She blushed a little and laughed along with me.

"Wow! Wonder how long that's been in there." She laughed. I stopped laughing, but continued to smile seeing how beautiful she looked with the sun on her. Her blonde hair was shining from the sunlight and flowing in the slight breeze. Her blue eyes popped from the sun too. Her tan skin was glowing! I needed her to be mine!

Lauryn's P.O.V

Man that run was CRAZY! Good thing I play volleyball. Me and Harry were still holding hands. I looked down and blushed. Harry noticed and I felt his green orbs staring at me.I was blushing still looking at our hands locked together."Lauryn come here really quick." I heard Sam call breaking the awkward silence between me and Harry. "Look at this view." Sam yelled to me. I stood on the edge and the wind started blowing. I felt like Pocahontas. My hair blowing in the wind. I closed my eyes. I felt hands grab my shoulders and started to rub them. I turned around to see Louis. "Isn't the view beautiful love?" Louis asked removing his hands. " Yeah. It sure is Lou." I smiled. I went back to Harry and he looked upset. " What's wrong Harry?" I asked him"Well now since you ask...hang on for a minute." Harry ran to Sam and whispered something in her ear. " Sure. Be good no funny business." Sam said to Harry. I noticed everyone leave the balcony. Huh, that's weird. As I left to follow them Harry grabbed my wrist. " Now that I have you alone I can get this off my chest." Harry took a deep breath and said " Ever since I layed my eyes on you, I knew I had to be with you. So will you go on a date with me?" Harry asked, now looking at the floor." Of course I will Harry." I gave him a cheeky grin and gave him a hug. "Awww..." I heard Sam yell. "Shut it Sam!" I yelled to her. I ran to her giving her a big hug." I love you Sam." "I love you to Lauryn."

Harry's P.O.V

I want to be able to hear Lauryn say she loves me one day. She was walking towards me and I smiled." Hello Love. How are you."'Jolly good. How about yourself good sir." I laughed at her remark. I can't believe that I finally asked her on a date. And that it took this long. I just broke up with Taylor Swift and I don't regret it at all. I hated her guts.But I think that Lauryn is the one.I want Zayn to ask Sam out so we can go on a double date.I plan on taking her to a fancy restraunt."Very good. Are you excited about our date?" "Yes. Excited doesn't even explain.So when are we going on this date?" "Um.. how about tonight? Wait let me check with Liam if we don't have anything planned." I walked over to Liam and Lauryn walked over to Louis." Hey Li, do we have anything planned today?" I was nervous on what he was going to say. I hope he says no. "Not that I know of. Why?" "Because I asked Lauryn to go on a date and want to take her tonight." "How romantic.Okay to right ahead" "YAY! Thanks Liam." I skipped my way to Lauryn and Louis. "CARROTS ARE TO DELICIOUS. I LOVE GIRLS WHO EAT CARROTS. Guess your not one of them." Louis yelled at Lauryn. " Guess not." She pretended to cry. "But for you, I will make an exception." She giggled and yelled "YAY!" I snoke up behind her and grabbed her waist and spun her around "Why so happy Mr. Styles?" I gave her a cheeky grin and said "Liam said yes!" She was cheering and hugged me. She is so cute. "I have to find something to wear!" "Wear that dress I bought you from Hollister." I looked into her chocolate brown eyes. "Okay! I'm gonna go tell Sammy." She smiled and walked away.

Sam's P.O.V

Lauryn skipped toward me with a big grin on her face showing her dimples."Sammy guess what?" I smiled and aid "What love?" " I'm...." " Sam could you come here for a moment." I turned to see Zayn holding a rose. I blushed and Lauryn ran to Harry taking her phone out and took a picture of me and Zayn. But I didn't care. She was probably going to post it on Twitter. "So Sam...I was wondering would you like to go on a date with me tonight?" I was blushing like mad. To happy to respond, I nodded. He hugged me and I felt sparks. My phone buzzed, I had a mention on Twitter.

@Zayn_Malik and @Soccer_sammy TO CUTE!! I smiled to see that picture." Not fair!" I yelled at Lauryn. "What?" "You and Harry don't have a picture together." She looked at Harry. "Harry,can you come and take a picture with me for Twitter. Cuz I took one with her and Zayn and she got mad." She asked Harry. "Sure thing love." I grabbed my iPhone out of my pocket. Harry had his hand wrapped around Lauryn's waist. And they smiled as I said "SAY CHEESE!!" "PICKLES!!" Lauryn screamed. I laughed they looked so cute.

@Harry_Styles and @laurynrcantu Super cute. My phone buzzed and noticed all the boys and Jada were following me on Twitter. I am SUPER excited about the date.
