"It will be fun," Leah said about wanting to go to a club. I wasn't much a partier, let alone going out.

"I just don't think it's what I wanna do on a Saturday night," I said. I love too stay in and cuddle up, reading one of my many romantic novels. "No no no! I'm not letting my best friend, who is in fact 26, is sitting on her ass in our apartment, on a Saturday night!" She yelled.

She's such a outgoing and cheerful person, unlike me. I was shy and didn't find the need to talk to a lot of people. Besides Leah, I only have my grandma, who lives in Florida and my brother, Evan. He's four years older and he's my best friend, besides Leah.

"I really just wanna be here Leah, you can go," I say without looking at her, watching some cat commercial. I looked away, pulling my sleeves down more, hiding my hands, wanting to hide my whole self. "I hate going without you Elle, I need you too be my wingman, well we're women so wingwomen? Maybe? I don't know," she says.

I chuckled, she always says those kind of things. "I wouldn't even know what to wear," I say. "I always have dresses El! You can borrow mine," she says happily, knowing that I love her dresses. I sign lightly, knowing that if I say no or ignore her, I get a lecture. "Fine I guess," I say, rubbing my forehead.

"Yay!" She screams and hugs me, it frightened me a bit. She runs into her room while I sit on the couch, playing with the warm, fuzzy blanket on my lap. I look at my phone, buzzing. I rarely get calls or text messages. The name pops up, Evan, my brother.

"Hey Ev," I say, his nickname. "El, whatcha doing tonight?" He asks. I sign and say, "I'm going to a club with Leah."

"Oh shit, she's getting you out of the apartment? I can't even get you too go mini golfing," he says and I laugh, remembering when we got into a argument about it, I simply just didn't wanna go.

"Yeah, but maybe it will be fun," I lied, I know it wasn't gonna, but I was doing it for Leah. "They are, El, please just have a good time, if you need anything, call," he said. I said yes and said goodbye.

"What about this one?" Leah came back into the living room, with a short red dress with lace around the top, with long sleeves, no showing. It was a beautiful dress. "I mean, don't you wanna wear it?" I question, it was one of her new ones.
