Robin wandered through the Teen Tower, the home-built phone device he'd had one of his friends and teammates make in the palm of his green gloved hand. He mumbled words incomprehensible as small static-y noises buzzed out of the speaker.

'' Rrrgggh.. Cyborg, he's probably playing games with Beast Boy. '' The black-haired teen growled the last part under his breath. His rather heavy footsteps echoed down the hall to his half-robotic friend's room, peeking around the doorframe to watch a rather largely built teen sitting on the floor of his room/workshop, with another boy; whomst was green all over. The Teen Leader crossed his arms and leaned against his doorframe, letting the soft hum of the static go off to give them at least a sign he was there.. He didn't exactly feel like talking at the moment. The sharp-toothed green boy turned his head, his pointed ear twitching at the noise.

'' Oh, Hey Robin! You just been standin' there? Like a creep-? '' Beast Boy added the last part with a smirk and a small fit of laughter, Cyborg joining in not long after his friend had spoken.

Dick sighed at his taunting and let his rather hotheaded side peek it's head into his actions, chucking the device at their general direction.
'' Whatever. Cyborg, can you fix that? It's been buzzing all morning. '' He tilted his head to the side a bit, no longer leaning on the doorframe yet his arms still crossed at his chest

'' Oh yeah! I can whip this sucker up in shape no problemo-! '' Cyborg bragged, Beast Boy getting the ass-end of Robin's frustration with a hit to the forehead by the cellular device. The green boy made a rather strange '' AUAGO- '' noise and turned into a rat, flopping onto his back from being clung onto his best friend's shoulder like a cat..

Robin snorted at the noise, faintly amused. He waved at Cyborg whilst taking a step to walk away
'' Thanks. '' He replied, eyeing the end of the hall for no apparent reason, having already passed Beast Boy's room and blinked at the glass that encased most of the building.. In a sudden rise, red lights flashed in the tower, alerting whomever was inside of some type of emergency or alert.

Dick skidded on his heel into an almost 360 to race back to the living room, darting down the hall and jumping the arm of the red couch that claimed the middle of the room to see the TV screen blaring red. He groaned and tapped a button, an emergency call from his former(?) butler, Alfred, calling..

He was pretty used to none of his teammates rushing over to see what may be happening, so wasn't surprised when the living room was empty. The jet-black haired teen sat down in the middle of the couch and clicked the accept call button, an elderly man in dapper attire fronting the screen.
'' Good evening, Sir Grayson.. I have called to give you an invitation of sorts to a party, although you shall be attending not to party of course. '' Alfred was rather soft spoken, always polite and patient.

Robin nodded once, already pumped for a mission '' Alright, Alfred; Lay it on me! '' He smiled excitedly, his childish side slightly pushing through the walls he had put up for so long.
'' There is a party being hosted by a boy, almost the same age as you; His name is Wally, but most know him as "Kid Flash". There is a rumor of sorts that an assassin is to be present at said party to eliminate Wally.. You shall be attending in disguise as a bodyguard. '' The elderly butler explained, Dick listening intently
'' Alright, got it. I'll tell the Tita- '' Boy Wonder was quickly shut down on that thought, Alfred interrupting politely

'' Oh no, Dear Dick.. You are attending alone, I'm afraid that if your teammates were to join it would attract more attention than intended. '' He smiled softly
Robin blinked, his mask moving along with his eyelids
'' Oh uh- yeah sure! I wouldn't turn this down anyway. '' He smiled back, nostalgia from the shared kindness flooding his thoughts for a split moment. '' I'll tell them I'm going out to have a break or something along those lines.. ''

Alfred nodded, then opened and closed his mouth, inhaling as if to say something.. He leaned into the microphone more '' Batman will also be attending, I suggested to give you this mission alone but you know him~ He won't know you're there, I'm sending you in as well since, well- You need more experience. '' He said bluntly '' I've already sent you a disguise to wear, completely made to shadow your original appearance. '' Robin's old butler winked with a warm smile
'' Heh, thanks.. '' Robin looked down shyly for a second before excitement and enthusiasm overwhelmed his voice '' I'll do great, he'll see! '' He gave a thumbs up and smiled with his top teeth. Alfred chuckled fondly
'' Do be careful, Sir Dick. ''

[Timeskip, the call had been ended and Robin is currently lounging in his room.]

Grayson sighed, laying down on his bed, honestly not expecting the party to be that night he'd had a call with Alfred.. Although he understood it, if Batman somehow figured out he would have the chance to not let him go, well; Too late now bitch!
Robin chuckled at Alfred's thought in him, staring down at the box sitting beside his bed...

It had already been opened, and when the butler had said it shaded who he is now completely? He really wasn't joking. The Teen Leader sat up and slung his legs over the side of his bed, staring down at the content in the box...
A long-haired jet black wig, similar to his own hair, was neatly in a see-through bag on top. A green dress that was almost skin-tight, made of soft fabric and pale green silk enlacing the shoulder straps and skirt hanging loosely out. Robin's face heated up at the deep green short heels set to the side..

'' Why Alfred whyyy..- '' He mumbled, although admitting it seemed to be a pretty solid disguise.
The teen tilted his head at the bat clock planted onto his wall, realizing the time. Even though it was well before the party would start, he knew he'd have horrible trouble at actually getting into disguise plus a proxy personality he decided on. Dick sighed and gently grabbed the dress, slipping off his gloves and replacing them with a deep-ish gray sleeve that was built like gloves, ending at his elbows. Robin struggled with sliding into the dress, knowing he couldn't even ask Starfire or Raven for help since.. he's doing this alone, moreso in secret.
He huffed as he finally rested the dress on his rather small frame, silk tickling his arms and legs along with the long flowing skirt up to his ankles.. Dick shook his head at the wig and spent another almost half hour trying to put it on. His watch buzzed to the time when Kid Flash would officially be at the party, so Robin strapped a black leather knife-holder on his thigh, a wickedly curved blade pressed against his bare skin . . .

'' Alright.. time to roll. '' Robin said to himself, looking out his room window towards the warm yellow/orange lights radiating off the destination he was given.
