I look in the mirror, not seeing me but a dream

*Beep Beep Beep-*

I turned off my alarm. I looked out the window and saw no clouds in sight! Today is going to be a great day.
I turned to my phone and went to Spotify. I started playing Mr. Blue Sky by the Electric Light Orchestra. My favorite morning with my favorite song. I look in the mirror and play with my messy short brown hair. "I look like a dream." I say to myself. Everyone at school says I'm living a high school fantasy everyone wish they had. All I have to say is, "C'mon. I'm not a fictional character." I do have my weaknesses too. I'm not all that perfect. *Ring Ring* It's my girlfriend, Charlie!! Man I love that woman. "Hey baby! Can't wait to see you at school today." Charlie said. "Just don't be late again. Hey how about I drive you to school?" I asked, grabbing my car keys sense I was already done getting dressed for the day. "Sorry. I was going to drive with Rebecca today." Charlie said. "Oh, that's fine. I'll just drive Ethen." Ethen is my best friend. We met under the bleachers. I tried to get away from my fan girls while he was just trying to draw. We hanged out ever since. "Okay, have fun!!" Charlie smiled then hanged up the phone. I texted Ethen, telling him I would be picking him up. He gave me a thumbs up emoji. I ate breakfast then got in my car. I put on my playlist and drove off. I went to the end of my block. I saw Ethen half asleep. Ethen hoped into my car. "You know I can literally walk to school. It's only four houses back from mine."
Ethen asked. "But somehow you're always late." I smiled and pushed on the gas.
