Winter Ball

Analleli's POV

A few months passed, it was now December.

The winter ball was just around the corner and this year's theme was Sadie's. As I got to school all that I saw were posters about the winter ball and getting your tickets. As I passed the posters I saw Brenda who was waiting for me in the usual spot were we always meet. As I got to her she said "You have to ask Jack to the winter ball it would be amazing and plus I think he has a crush on you. I see the way he looks at you in AcNum." All I could say was "I can't ask him he's like Mr. Popular and the guy every girl is dying for he'd probably say no to me. He probably rather go with a cheerleader or someone popular like him" she replied "Look Adam and him are like best friends and Adam is like Jack and yet I'm still gonna try to ask him to the winter ball and you should too."

"Should I ask him to the winter ball I mean if Brenda can do it I probably can too, but yet again she is more braver and confident when it comes to talking to guys and I become a complete dork and can't say a word" I thought to myself

"idk I think he's probably gonna reject me but good luck with you and Adam." " Come on Analleli for the first time have faith in your self and ask him, and plus I'm not trying to go to a dance with a guy and not have my best friend with me." And with that Brenda finally convinced me. "Fine I'll have the courage to ask Jack to the winter ball." She screamed yay and hugged me and then said "OK so since the theme is Sadie's I was kinda thinking we could ask both of them together at the same time so it would be so much easier"

"Well that did seem easier that way I won't have to panic on thinking how to ask him" I thought.

"OK so what do you have in mine then" I asked Brenda. "OK so I was thinking we coould do this thing were we get them to go to Mrs. Farrands class and we right 'Jack & Adam, Sadie's with us' so what do you think" "Well yeah that sounds good but how are we gonna get them to go to Farrands" "I have my resources" "what's that suppose to mean" I questioned her. "Well it means I ask Aaron since he does hang out with them sometimes when he's not with Mayra" "OK so now all we need is when and what time" "ok so how about we do it Friday since we have free dress and we'll look nice and during lunch" "yeah that sounds perfect"

I was so nervous now. Friday was in 2 days and I was already so nervous. What if he says nope what if something goes wrong. All I had in my mind were negative thoughts.
