It was finally September 1st, the day Myra had been dreaming about for years and it was finally here. She was surrounded by easily two dozen people all wishing her and all of the other luck for the next year. When the boarding whistle was blowen Myra looked to her mother who had a wide smile that stretched from one ear to another. Then Myra looked to her father who had a sad look on his face looking back at Myra.

"What's the matter dad?"

"I just got my baby girl back and now she is leaving me again." Myra wrapped her arms around Draco assuring him that she would now always be there for him. When the final boarding whistle was blown the group of students all said goodbye before making their way to the train and boarding. When they entered the train all eyes followed Myra as she walked down the narrow corridors following her brother in hunt of a compartment. Joining them in the compartment would be Lily, Albus, Lukas, Daphne, and Damion. It was a quiet ride to Hogwarts as they had all just seen each other a week ago and not much had happened since. When the train finally started to slow down indicating that they were nearing the station Myra was worried about what house she would be sorted into. Sure she wanted to be in the same house as her brother and her friends but she also wanted to be in the same house as her mother was in when she attended.

After the all the first years were sorted it was finally Myra's turn to be sorted.

"Ahhh. Miss. Myra Granger-Malfoy is it?" the room broke out in silent whispers as the hat spoke her name. It did not surprise her. Of course their would be whispers she was the daughter of not only Draco Malfoy but also Hermione Granger meaning that now everyone knew just who Leo Malfoy's mother was. "Lets get started shall we. I see great intelligence this must come from your mother. Yet, your cunningness comes from your father. Lets be honest you could join any house. You would succeed in any of them just like at Ilvermorny. Yes, Myra, I know you had the choice between every house when you went to Ilvermorny. However that is not how things work at Hogwarts. Lets see you could join Slytherin like your father and your brother. You could also join Gryffindor like you mother. Just know that my decision does not change that you are equal part of each house. So I have decided to place you into..." the silence that filled the room could easily be cut by a butter knife that was until the hat finally exclaimed "GRYFFINDOR"

Each of the tables erupted into applause as Myra's house was announced. So was so excited that she would be joining the house of Gryffindor. She had been told by her grandmother that it would not be surprising that she would be placed in Gryffindor since Myra was so much more like her mother than her father when it came to her intelligence. Even Professor Longbottom as Myra now had to call him had said that he was positive that Myra's intelligence could challenge both her fathers and mothers intelligence combined. Myra however never care about her brains she had always cared more for being the person everyone would come to so they could tell her things and they knew they would never endeavor any judgement from her because she cared more about others being happy then herself. When Myra sat at the Gryffindor table she was greeted wit open arms by everyone and no one mentioned anything about her relationship to the infamous Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger. My had never had to deal with people judging her based on who her parents because first off she did not know her father and secondly she had never told anyone that she was Hermione Granger's daughter. Sitting at the Gryffindor table Myra felt right at home not only in Gryffindor house but also at Hogwarts for the first time she felt complete she had her family and she was finally where her parents met and learned everything they knew.
