Planning to Fly away...

Me and my mom talk about it for about an hour... Until we were interrupted by a phone call on my phone.

I answer it...

It was my dad...
"What?...I'm at moms rental house...because I was having a breakdown and I didn't want the whole school to ask me about it... No I'm not coming home... Not until 5:30...k...bye..."

I honestly didn't care what he had to say anymore. That's when my mom questioned me.

"Are you two mad at eachother?"

I sigh and answer her question, "Yes, ever since he made me come home about two or three days ago..."

She then says, "You should get home then, before he-"

I cut her off. "Go home to what?! He clearly has had enough of me! And why would I want to go back to school with people who clearly hate me..." I started crying. I had no clue if Sierra still liked me. I then got a text, from Emmit.

                         E- Emmit                         D-Dawn

E- Hey, I heard what happened...

D- I figured... Can I text you later, im with my mom...

E- Sure. Bye...

D- Bye...

Me and Emmit have never talked like that...

My mom then said to me "Look, if you want to, you can stay here for a few days. Until I can fly you to California."

I spun around to face her. I nodded and hugged her.

"I just need to call your dad first. But I wont tell him that you will be flying to California." She said.

This is when I realized, my mom is a chill mom. She clearly wanted to help me.

She walked away to her room and called my dad...

                                             Vada's POV

I walked away to call James, her father. I havent talked to him in 3 years, so this was going to be awkward...

I dial his number and put my phone to my ear.

"Hi, James?... Yes, its Vada...I wanted to know if I could take Dawn out of school for about a week or two... We wanted to go on a trip to meet my side of the family in California...She will be fine...Thank you...bye..."

I walked out to tell Dawn the news...

                                         Dawn's POV

I saw her walk out... I got up from the couch and she said, "We need to take you home to pack your things. We are leaving for two weeks." She smiled and I hugged her and said "Thank you thank you thank you!!!"

I was going to see Trevor again! I texted Joe, I wanted to see if he can fly out with Dan, Phil, and Caspar to California so we can hang out.

                                                               D- Dawn         J- Joe

D- Hey, I need to ask you something.

J- Sure, what is it??

D- Would you be able to, maybe, fly to California with Dan, Phil, and Caspar?? I am flying there with my mom...

J- Sure! We were planning going something this week anyway to hang with Tyler and Troye!  So we can all hang together!

D- Yay!! Thanks so much :)

J- No problem :)

D- Well I will see you there! Bye!

J- Bye! :D

My mom then grabbed her purse and I grabbed my bookbag, and we headed to my dad's house.
