What's more beautiful than the sight of a white picket fence to complete the perfect home? Nothing, nothing can compete with the dream that many have strived for in their insufficient lives. A white picket fence is a symbol of tranquility and simplicity in a rural way of reality. This ideal living condition can hide even the darkest family secrets from the rest of society. Meet the Callaway family, the residents of the said to be perfect home. They live in a secluded three story home with a built in bed and breakfast for travelers to rest and regain their energy for the morning drive. The family consists of 5 members that live presently in the house, former priest and father of the family, Cain. The mother of the household, Sage Callaway, a baker who just can't stand being away from her oven. The son of the wonderful couple is Camden, a polite kid who makes friends easily for a short period of time. The young daughter of the brood is dainty Sabrin Callaway, described as someone that could get their way with only a look in their eyes. The final member and eldest of the family is Aida, the mother of Cain and the official owner of the home.

Upon your arrival at this eye candy of a home, you'll see a white sign saying "The Callaway Family Bed and Breakfast", of course perfectly written. While parking your car, there's a good chance a well trained Great Pyrenees with the nickname "Pyren" will be looking for someone to play fetch. After throwing his favorite bone around for a couple minutes, a man with an impressive beard will open the front door and shout out to you "are ya good folk?" Looking up and turning to the porch you will shout back "i'd like to thank so" or the usual "the best around." Smiling at each other, the two shake hands and introduce themselves. Learning the bearded man's name is Cain you ask him if he was named after Adam and Eve's first born. He'll nod his head yes and laugh as if no one has ever asked him that question before. Intrigued in just his name alone you give Cain all your interest. He opens the door again and pats you on the back as you take your first step in. Instantly, the smell of homemade muffins hits your nose as quickly as a venus flytrap catches its prey. Complimenting the unknown cook with an "oh my that smells amazing", you're greeted by Sage with a "thank you" and a wink. Being told to make yourself at home, you find a comfy seat in the kitchen to talk to Sage while Cain picks up his truck keys and takes off to run some errands. Overwhelmed with the smell still lingering, you can't help but ask Sage for just one of her compelling muffins. Without even getting to the end of your sentence she turns around with a muffin in hand like she was reading your mind. Taking a bite, you feel as if you have lived in this home your entire life. The relaxation you feel already can be considered the best feeling you've had in a very long time. Almost finished with your muffin, you hear footsteps slightly pushing down on the pine wood flooring, it's a young man starving for his mother's homemade recipe. Almost saddened by your presence, Camden makes no effort to get to know you. Confused as to why this would be, you ask Sage "did I do something wrong?" She shakes her head no and says that he doesn't enjoy the idea of a bed and breakfast even though he has been raised with this lifestyle since birth. Sage tells you that she will show you to your room then will read her new romance book in her bedroom. Opening the door, your eyes metaphorically shine with doubt that this spotless room is yours alone. Wishing you a goodnight, Sage shows off her dimples and closes the door behind her. Immediately falling onto the cloud like bed. You feel a tv remote touching your elbow waiting for you to use him for a comforting watch. "This is heaven" you think to yourself as you pull the cotton lace blanket on top of your still body. Falling asleep has become the first thing on your imaginated to-do list. Your eyes close softly with only background noise of your favorite show and the echoes of crickets filling your ears. Sleep has come to take its latest victim.

Vivid dreams swarm you as the moon takes its turn to be alive. Colors so intense you're not sure if you're in a dream or nightmare. Waking up in the middle of the night or you think you've woken, a girl sits on the edge of your bed whispering to you that your facial expressions were quite peaceful during your slumber. Asking for her name, she puts her finger to your mouth shushing your words from tiring yourself anymore. She calmly says "Sabrin, my nightdreamer." Unsure if she is a figment of your imagination or a real girl trying to comfort you, you tell her that you're going to try and fall back asleep. Her eyes give you mixed answers, but for whatever reason it may be, you can't help agreeing to whatever she says. You begin feeling captivated by her control. She is now your guide of life. Sabrin blushes her eyes to you one last time before disappearing through the doorway without a trace. You unhesitatingly rest your head on your pillow with sleep coming back for you.
