Looking around the fairly large room shows the amount of people both adult and teens. The teens were covered in grime and dirt, they also had a tired look in their eye. The number of participants from the start of 2nd part of the exam to now had shrunk drastically. You could only assume the worst. The teams shown are from many villages such as Leaf, Sand, Cloud, Sound and Waterfall. The sensei of the specific teams were there, aswell as a whole host of Jonin ninja surrounding the third hokage.
Despite the dark gloomy atmosphere and the tension, there was slight joy shown on one person. If you looked closely you could see the slight smile on naruto's face while looking at a gorgeous girl.

After his team had arrived, he took some time exploring the tower. During his little adventure he met Arabella(OC) she was the stand in teammate for the cloud team after their teammate Samui had gotten sick. During the 5 days at the tower both him and Arabella had bonded in a strange way. In her village she was also alone and ostracized by everyone except a select few. The reason for this mistreatment was her Chakra. While it is not commonly known there are different Chakra types. An example is some Uzumaki, they possessed a dense Chakra that allowed them to solidify it into chains making it near unbreakable, capable of holding down even tailed beasts. But Arabella's chakra was a newly discovered type, just known as decay. She could use new jutsu and techniques made by herself to decay and harm an object or person, it almost looked like it disintegrated that specific item. She didn't have the capability to use it for along time as the Chakra itself wasn't dense, but it had very powerful techniques. She had been an orphan just like him, never knowing a parents love. The start of her usage of decaying Chakra happened when she was 5, a few weeks after her normal Chakra system was unlocked. A man that had donated money for the orphanage saw her and took interest in her, you would think that it's nice but the man himself was a child traffiker, he had tried knocking her out but the sadness and anger of Arabella exploded allowing her to shoot of a black projectile hitting him. When she opened her eyes only the burning ashes of the man's bones remained.

The villagers scorned her unreasonably, not even believing the man to be evil. They only believed she had killed the 'good hearted' man. She had been kicked out the orphanage and treated like a devil because of her powers.
