Lee Young-Joon's POV

I was walking back to my office after my meeting with the design team for the new project we are working on. It was a fund raiser for disabled kids who's parents couldn't pay for hospital fees, so we decided on throwing a fundraiser event to help with their expenses. While I was in the elevator I started thinking about my husband of 5 years whom I haven't seen in months.

You see my husband is in the army. He's the muscle and I'm the brain. Not calling him dumb but his intelligence business wise is...........questionable.

Flashback

We were on our bed and it was around 10pm. I was explaining to him how a business works and how it stays thriving.

"So, if I wanted to make my business known or whatever I'll have to get investors?" Dae-hyun asked confused.

"Yes." I said smiling at his confused face. He was so adorable when he gets like this. Not many people got to see his soft side. It's always this serious or emotionless side that he really shows unless he's around me.

"And to keep it thriving I have to make partner ships and sit in boring business meeting all day long." He asked looking exhausted.

"Exactly." I said.

"Ah that sounds exhausting." He said flopping down on his back. "I really don't know how you do this all the time honey."

"It's my job you get used to it when you've been doing it for so many years." I said shrugging while glancing back at my papers. He sat up and looked at me. Then he leaned in and captured my lips in his. I always feels like I'm kissing him for the first time. Every kiss just feels like a new adventure waiting to begin. We kissed for a little while befor he pulled back smiling.

"God I love your sexy brain." He said looking at me lovingly. I smiled back and leaned over to let him capture my lips again.

End of flashback

I was pulled from the memory when the elevator dinged, signaling that I've reached my floor.

I stepped out of the elevator greeting my employees along the way to my office, until I reached an saw Ms Kim smiling widely at me while handing me some papers.

"Good evening Chairman Lee, here are my finished reports for this week." She said still smiling widely. It was starting to creep me out. I looked at her for a moment before asking.

"What is wrong with you? Why are you smiling so much?" Looking at her up and down with a weirded out look on my face. If she poisoned my lunch I'm going to I'm going to haunt her until she joins me in the other world.

"Nothing is wrong Chairman Lee." She said bowing and going back to sit down in her chair. I nodded and made my way to my office door, stopping at the door to give her one last look before twisting the knob.

I opened it and walked inside while looking at the file Ms. Kim gave me while shutting the door behind me with my foot. I was so focused on the papers I didn't realized someone was situated in the middle of my office.

"Wow, I was gone for months and this is the welcome home I get." I heard a familiar deep voice say making me snap my head up in the direction the voice came from.

"Dae-Hyun?" I asked in a whisper still in a moment of shock and disbelief.

There he was. Sitting on one of the couches in the office in his army uniform looking all good and shit. He stood up and walked towards me. When he was standing a couple of feet away from me he stopped.

"Hey Honey." He said grinning and that's all it took for me to rush towards him and pull him into a bone crushing hug. He hugged back with the same force.

"I missed you so much!" I exclaimed happily. Then I broke from the hug and grabbed his face looking him over. "Are you hurt? Did you get hurt? Are you okay?" Came my rapid questions turning his head in all directions. He then grabbed my hands and pried them off of his face.

"I'm fine. I'm right here alive and well." He said trying to reassure me. "Now give me a kiss i haven't had a taste of your lips in months." He said leaning down to kiss my lips hungrily. I kissed back with the same force cupping the back of his neck. We kissed until we had to stop for breath. "I missed you too." He whispered planting a lingering kiss on my forehead. Then he pulled back.

"Now we are going home so we can both get some rest because Ms Kim told me that you're overworking yourself again." He said grabbing my hand while leading me out of the office. I was about to protest when he held up a finger to stop me. "Nope. Not gonna take no for an answer. I'm gonna run you a nice warm bath and give you a luxury massage to smooth out your tense muscles." He said leaving no room for argument. I nodded and allowed him to lead me out of the office. Who am I to turn down a free massage anyways?

When we were passing Ms Kim I was about to say something before she cut me off.

"You schedule is clear for the rest of the day. Enjoy your day Chairman Lee." She said bowing then returning back to her chair.

"Thank you Ms Kim." I said sincerely. I turned to my husband and said.

"Let's go." Pulling him to the elevator, excited to spend the rest of the day in his arms or simply just being in his presence.
