chapter 3

                                                          first game :: red light green light

                                       "With everything said, let the game begin."

"Green light" the doll said. I started running as fast as I could. This one old man started running as he was a little kid playing in the field with his friends. "Red light" the doll spoke. Everyone came to a sudden stop. But some people couldn't do it so immediate. "Player 324 eliminated." The voice said again. There was a loud sound.

It was a gunshot.

"Player 324, eliminated."

"So, when they mean eliminated they basically mean theyre gonna kill them. Fuck, i knew there was a catch. If you lose they wont let you leave theyll kill you." I let that sink in for a while. i actually didnt care if i died. at this point of my life if someone killed me i would like them. however, i knew other people here wouldnt feel the same as me, cause not everyone lives in an a*usive household and is depressed. i have to remember that

That player 067 girl had a smirk on her face. 'Did she know this before hand or was she just confident she would win and didnt care about the consequences of losing ? Just whatever. Let her do what she wants and ill do what i want. i need to mind my own business' i thought in my head.

Other people were in shock and couldn't believe what they saw. Some cried which is understandable, kind of. 

But, after a few seconds, ignoring all the reactions from the players the doll said, "Green light"

Lots of people started running forward praying while doing so. One person went to check on his friend that just got killed.

This went on for a while. Gunshots were fired. People were killed laying on the floor. To be honest, I was scared I was gonna trip on a dead body. That would be gross. What am I saying, theyre fucking dead people- 

After the half way point reached. The voice spoke again, " I am going to repeat the rules. When it say 'Green Light' everyone will move towards the finish line, When it say 'Red Light' everyone must immediately stop. If players are still moving when you call 'Red Light', they will be eliminated." 

Everyone was breathing heavily or about to burst into tears. 

"Green light" the doll spoke.

People were running as fast as they could, like their life depended on it, oh wait-

I looked to the side of me. There, I saw that old man. He had a big grin on his face. I was actually confused. Did he have some problem. Well, im the person talking here, but im not happy im just, i just dont care. but hes happy. He was the last person id expect to be happy in this situation. 

But I just ignored him and kept going.

"Red light" everyone stopped. A few people got shot, as usual. That sounded weird, a few people died, as usual but I guess thats what life has turned into here even though this is the first game-

The same thing happened for a while. 

There was 25 seconds on the clock. I was close to the end but wasnt sure if id make it in time. As soon as the doll spoke "Green light" I ran to the finish line. Lots of people made it to the end when i made it to the end as well. i saw player 067 at the finish line too. She was sweaty and had this look on her face. She looked hot, especially with that expression. She looked at me for a second. im pretty sure she thought i was a creep for staring at her but i didnt really care at that point. all i cared about, was the fact she even acknowledged me. 

Some people didnt make it to the end, and i knew what was gonna happen to them. "Boom" gunshots fired at people behind the line. I felt bad for them. They lost to a childrens game. 

                                                                     "Game 1 over"
