"You know what, my dear? It was a very long and exhausting day. Why don't we just go to sleep and worry about everything else in the morning?", Gabriel suggested, while he still held her in his arms.

"Yeah, that's good!", Nathalie agreed with a yawn and snuggled herself closer against his chest.

The love struck man scooted back down and turned to his side, so he could hold her in his arms, feel her warm breath on his skin and smell her sweet odour, that was now, after all the 'exercise' even more tempting to him, than it was before.

"I'm going to miss the Kwamis, though!", she said quietly, making Gabriel, who was already drifting off to sleep, turn his head.

"Me too. But it's better like this. They both hated doing evil. Maybe they can be happy with their friends right now!", he soothed her.

"You're probably right, I'm going to miss Duusu anyway! Her enthusiasm and the way she could get all worked up on small things. She would love to see us right now. I can totally imagine her, squealing: 'That's soooooo romaaaaannnttttiiiiiccccc!'"

"God woman, I love you so much. Why didn't I see that earlier? I could have spared us both a lot of pain and trouble, and Adrien too. Not to mention the whole fucking city!", the designer now sighed and bent his head to kiss her again.

Nathalie looked up at him with a smile.

"It's still hard to believe for me!", she mumbled, as she lifted her head to meet his lips.

Despite both of them feeling incredibly drained, they instantly deepened that kiss, feeling drawn to each other once again, their bodies beginning to press firmly against the other's, until Gabriel stopped and pulled back with a smile.

"Believe me, I want you more than anything else, but I am barely able to move right now and you can hardly keep your eyes open, so let's just call it a day. I promise you, to continue that in the morning, if you still want to then!"

"I'll remind you of that promise as soon as you open your eyes, honey!", Nathalie replied brusquely.

"I hope you will!", he chuckled and kissed her one last time, before he pulled her into a tight embrace.

Eventually they both fell into a deep, dreamless sleep, barely hearing the alarm in the morning.

Gabriel was the first to open his eyes and immediately felt this blissful sensation shoot through his body, the moment he saw his beautiful, new 'girlfriend' sleeping peacefully in his arms. He hated to wake her up, but they had both some work to catch up on and someone had to wake Adrien for school.

And then, there was that problem, with telling his son the truth about his mother's passing and about him and Nathalie. Though he was very certain, that the young man would be glad about that.

So he softly brushed some loose hair out of the beautiful woman's face and gently kissed the back of her nose, then the corner of her mouth and eventually her lips, feeling her soon reciprocate and even deepen that kiss, despite being halfway asleep still.

He parted their lips shortly and cooed with a beaming smile:

"Good morning my love, time to get up!"

But Nathalie shook her head and pushed him onto his back to then crawl on top of him.

"Remember, that you promised me something, before we fell asleep?", she hissed seductively and started to kiss along the side of his neck, then down his chest and his stomach to feel something firm and warm brush along her cheek and started to smirk.
