Ch.2 The Last Room Of The Motel

It was an early Friday morning in White Pine Bay, the sun was out and the birds were chirping. Taylor had woken up around 4:30am to get ready for the day while Dylan was still alseep, she wondered what he was dreaming about. She was glad to have her first love back, she hated leaving him in the first place to go to a boarding school in England. As soon as she was about to hop into the shower she heard Dylan slowly waking up. "Taylor.. it's too early to be up, what are you doing?" He began to ask when he caught a good glimpse at her "oh that explains it." Taylor rolled her eyes and just got into the shower, she was tempted to have him join her but as soon as she was going to he was already gone. Dylan was downstairs in the kitchen making everyone some breakfast, French toast to be exact and Norman was down at the motel in the last room. Norman had blacked out late last night but all he remembers is the couple, dead in their room and he wasn't sure if he had killed them. He was running up to the house in order to call the police but Dylan had stopped him first. "Norman calm down. What's wrong?" Norman was too upset to talk but he told him anyways "the young couple, the ones who checked into the last room their dead." He said with a lisp. Taylor had finished her shower about 30 minutes after Norman came back up to the house and explained everything to Dylan. She smelled the food burning "who ever is cooking you're going to burn down the house." Dylan looked back at the food and quickly rushed to put out the fire. "SHIT!" He yelled as everything was ruined. "Well there goes our breakfast. Taylor stay in the house and make sure Norman doesn't leave while I go track down Sheriff Alex Romero." Dylan ran down the stairs out of the house to the motel and quickly got in his blue truck to drive downtown in order to go get Romero to come check out the last room of the motel.
