When Anika was pregnant, everyone pampered her because she was going the heir of Oberoi Empire but they were complications in her pregnancy. She gave birth to healthy triplets, two girls and one boy. Soon after birth she fell into a comma and the whole family blamed the new born babies except Pinky, Tej, Gauri and Bhavya. OmRu blamed the babies because they thought that they lost the super bhabhi cum best friend because of the triplets, dadi, Janhvi, Shakthi because they lost their ideal daughter-in-law and Shivaay because he lost his wife, his love.
