The exposure

   Down in the basement a scientist that goes by the name of dr Salvatore is working on a dead body. He mixes a few liquids together before putting it in a syringe and getting to eye level with the body's arm.

"Test 235, let's hope I am successful in bringing the dead back to life". He said pushing up his glasses which started to slide down his nose.

He injected the liquid into the body's arm

Just then footsteps could be heard coming downstairs before stopping. There stood dr Salvatore's daughter, Alyssa.

Alyssa: "dad I love you but you have to stop experimenting on dead body's, it's weird and creepy and if you didn't notice I have no friends because of it". She said crossing her arms standing there looking at her father.

Dr Salvatore: " that's not true you have Madison". He explained.

Alyssa: "madi doesn't count, she's practically family we grew up together, not to mention you and the general have been friends since high school ". She said talking about her friends dad who is general for the U.S army.

"What are you working on anyways"? She asked.

Her father explained his experiment and what chemicals he mixed together.

Alyssa: "dude, again I love you but you need to stop".

Dr Salvatore: "you can never stop science sweetie". He answered.

Just then the body opened it's eyes before sitting up and groaning.

Alyssa's wyes widen

Dr Salvatore: "I'm victorious"! He explained excitingly as he stepped closer.

Alyssa: dad no! Get away from that thing it can be dangerous"! She yelled scared for their safety.

Dr Salvatore: "nonsense honey, this is my-".

His words were replaced by his screams as the zombie bit a huge chunk of his arm, his arm immediately became infected.

Dr Salvatore knew he would became a zombie too so he had to tell Alyssa fast.

Alyssa: "DAD OH MY GOD DAD"! She screamed.

Dr Salvatore: "honey it's okay, listen to me carefully go to the generals house tell him to call a lockdown on the country, I love you go"! He said as he struggle to keep sane but eventually the infection took over and he went after Alyssa.

Alyssa screamed and ran upstairs running out the house the zombies got outside and began to bite and infect other people. Alyssa ran to the generals house luckily it was down the street.

Inside Madison was sitting in her room with her boyfriend will watching a movie cuddled up under a blanket. Madison and will met through their dads. Wills dad is a Sargent who works under Madison's dad.

Alyssa grabbed the spare key under the plant pot and unlocked the door quickly she ran inside and locked the door than ran to the back and locked it doing the same to the windows, she stood at the window staring outside zombies infecting people who became zombies.

Madison came running downstairs will following behind her.

Madison: "Alyssa what's going on"? She asked as she heard people screaming in fear outside.

Just then a zombie banged on the window causing alyssa to jump back and move away from the windows and everyone to scream.

Madison: "what the hell was that"! She asked frightened.

Alyssa looked at her friends and hesitating the words finally escaped her lips.

"Zombies".
