Oh The Lemon God Was True...

Flash Back Story- 1

Dream XD's POV

"XD~!" Someone familiar called out to me as I was sitting in underneath a cherry blossom tree

"Here" I sighed as I could smell a strong lemon scent approaching me and before I knew it, my 'friend' sat next to me

"Hi!" They spoke, a big smile on their face, "What are you doing here? Aren't you suppose to be working?"

I groaned, "Don't remind me"

We stayed in comfortable silence before he spoke, "...Are you still thinking about the... Family idea?"

My mind went blank as my heart pounded, "Y-yeah-"

"Has your brother's agreed with it?" He interrupted me

I looked down as I stayed quite, "Lucid... Say's it's dumb... While for Nightmare doesn't care"

"...Hm" The God stayed quite until they thought of something, "Well if you want to start a family, you should go for it! It's your choice-"

"I really want to Lemny, but... I'm not sure I'll be a good fit..."

"...I can assist if it goes for the wrong turn, XD" They suggested

"R-really?" I asked

"Yeah sure! It'll be fun! It could be like we have our own family together!" The Lemon God, clapped his hands

Family?... Together?

My heart beated faster as the Lemon God spoke, "So what are the kids names gonna be?"

"I was thinking... Maybe Karma, Tumbler, Fool and there's one more kid...I still haven't thought of a name for the other boy" I thought

I looked over to the Lemon God as he had a forced smile, "Yeah... Such wonderful name's" He gave me a thumbs up

"Listen" I groaned, "I know I'm bad with name's"

He started to burst out laughing, "Pfft- Course you are!"

"Fine! You try to think of some better name's!" I huffed

"Hm... Karma should be Karl, Tumbler... Tubbo! Has a nice ring to it and Fool, I like that idea, but what about Foolish?" He snapped his fingers as he finished, "And later on if they wanna change name's then that's alright"

"Heh...Good thinking, but what about the other kid? The one that's not named?" I mumbled

"Hm...I know this sounds quite silly, but" They chuckled as they suggested the name, "Dream?...."

"...Huh?-"

"Before you judge me! I have a reason! It's just...A nice name..."

I couldn't help but start laughing, "That's a freakin pathetic excuse!"

"Tch, at least I thought of better name's" He growled at me

"Pfft sure"

We stayed quite until they spoke, "What God's will they be?"

I looked at the ground, "If they choose to be a God, then I'll shall show them the path, but if they refuse the offer than... They shall watch their mortal friends die as they continue to live on for enterity"

"...Woah... That deep" He chuckled

"Hm, I suppose to" I said

"So will you choose their title's? Or will they have the choice to?" The Lemon God asked

"I shall try to give them a chance to pick their title's" I spoke

"...Good choice" They smiled

"How about you? What about the family you plan?" I asked

"Well...I'm actually thinking about making them next week, I have the material's" He nervously said

"W-wait really?" I said

They nodded, "I know it seems pretty soon, but... I think I have made my mind, but still I have to wait a few years for them to be awake"

I chuckled as we stayed quite, "So you'll be a future mom?-"

"Excuse me?! Mom?" The Lemon God asked, confused, "How will I be the mom?-"

"Remember, I'll be the dad" I said

I looked over at the God, as he proceeded the information then quickly covered his face, 'Yeah for your family! Not mine!"

I could see he was blushing pretty hard as I felt my heart pound a bit

"Heh, so what will you name them?" I asked

They shrugged, "Dunno, they can pick their name's, I'mma be there for moral support"

"Tch, really?" I say, opening my book that was right beside me

"Got a problem?" They snapped, yanking the book from my hands

"I don't" I scoffed as trying to reach for my book

"What are you even reading? With a that brain of your's, you can only read children stories-" They looked disturbed as they read the title

"...XD?...Why are you leaning about death?"

"...Do you wish to become the God of Death?"

...Yes I have been dead for such a long time, I do have shame, but I've been in time's where I lost my motivation and I felt burned out.
