The next day at Beacon Ruby and Yang are running towards the docking bay with Weiss and Blake behind them Weiss ask "Where are we going" Yang turns her head she said "We're going to see our parents" Blake tilts her head ask "Your parents are coming" Ruby nods said "Yeah we got a call from them, and they are in an Airship here".

They reach the docks for the Airship to land just in time the doors open to reveal Summer and Taiyang walking out Ruby excited "Mum, Dad" She runs forward and hug them Summer smiles said "Hey Ruby" Yang walks over Taiyang hugs her he ask "How you and Ruby been, Yang" Ruby and Yang let go Yang said "We've been doing okay".

Summer notice Wiess and Blake standing there she ask "Who are they" Ruby motion she said "Mum, Dad this Weiss" Weiss said "It's nice to meet you" Yang motion she said "This is Blake" Blake waves said "Hello" Taiyang ask "Are they part of your team, girls" Before Ruby and Yang could speak the speaker calls "Would Ruby Rose and Yang Xiao Long please head for Professor Ozpin's office".

Weiss puts her hands on her hips she ask "Ruby what did you do" Ruby waves her hands she said "I did nothing" Blake looks to Yang who raise her hands said "Don't look at me" Taiyang and Summer look to one another they knew Summer said "How about we go with you" Taiyang said "We got called to come here" Ruby looks to Weiss and Blake she said "I hope that's alright".

Blake said "I haven't read a lot and need to catch up a bit" Weiss sighs said "I have some studying to catch up on some periods we'll see you two later" Yang said "I don't know" Weiss and Blake turn and walk away Summer said "Come on girls" They walk in Beacon as Ruby and Yang told them what they did during the time there.

Now they are in the elevator heading up the door opens to reveal Ozpin sitting at his desk he notice them entering they walk to the desk he said "It's been a while hasn't it, Taiyang, Summer" Taiyang nods said "It sure has teach" Summer ask "Where is her Ozpin" Confusing Ruby and Yang while Ozpin takes a sip he said "Glynda is fetching him right now".

Ruby ask "What's going on" Yang ask "Yeah, what's all the commotion about" Ozpin lowers his mug he ask "Has Summer or Taiyang told you both about your lost brother" They nod Ruby said "Yeah they said he went missing years ago" Ozpin said "Your brother was found six months when the search was called off" Shocking them.

Flashback

Glynda and Ozpin are walking down a street "Glynda and I found him in an alleyway" They stop to hear crying they look to the alley and enter walking down they stop to see leaning against the wall legs up to his chest is Y/n now six years old he looks up to see them "He scared after seeing us" Hold bury himself to the wall then Glynda gently picks him up and they leave the alleyway.

Taiyang said "If you already found him why didn't you just called us" Ozpin raise his gaze he said "We wanted to call you" Summer took a step forward she ask "Why didn't you" Ozpin sighs he said "I'm afraid that your son was traumatised".

Now Glynda and Ozpin are in a dorm room with Y/n in his position they place food down for him "We offered him food and he eats but when we try to talk to him, he just stays in position not responding to anything around him" Glynda tries some toys in front of Y/n, but he doesn't respond and just stays like that Glynda looks to Ozpin worried who stands there thinking.

Ozpin looks to Summer "Do you ever recalled making a black cape Summer" Summer thinks she said "Yes I did make one for Y/n's birthday" Ruby and Yang look to one another remembering Reaper had one Ozpin said "And you also recall the I ask if I could borrow it" Summer nods said "Yeah, you never returned it back" Ozpin leans in he said "Because that cape manage to snap Y/n out of his traumatise".
