"Babe.."

You lowly mumbled as it caught the attention of your boyfriend, Koko. His attention went to her as he stopped fidgeting his laptop and went over to her.

"Do you need something, sweetie?"
He asked as you smiled at him.

"C-can you still see me like her?"Koko got stunned and looked at her.

Y/n Seishu, she was Inui and Akane's half-sibling. Y/n knew Koko dated her because she resembled Akane more. Y/n took his silence as a yes as she slowly sat up from her deathbed.

"So it's like Inui again huh?"

"A-Akane.."
You looked at him, keeping your cool and smiling at him.

"Koko why can't you just see me as me... Why does it have to be just her... I'm fucking dying yet, Akane is the only thing you see in me. You know what, just leave me and let me die alone..."You said as Koko kept looking at you, staying silent.

You turned around, your back facing him. "Just leave Koko." He didn't say a word and left. You smiled looking at the window, coughing a bit. Your hand had a bit of blood but you didn't mind anymore.

"Guess I'll be joining you soon."

The following days, doctors have been telling Koko you didn't want to take treatment. He wanted to visit you but your condition might get worse if you see him. Not until-

Koko's phone keeps getting calls from an unknown number, he keeps ignoring them since he was at a meeting with the other executives.

After the meeting was over, Koko took out his phone and looked at the call history.

'Who the fuck could this be?' he thought as he called the number.

"Koko.."A familiar voice spoke as Koko quickly recognized it."Inupi?"
Inui was sobbing as he hiccupped a bit.

"Y-Y/n..." What about her?!"
he yelled "She's... Gone." The male said, trying to stay calm as Koko froze. Looking at the window. "She died, just an hour ago."

Koko quickly ended their call and went to his car. The others looked at him in confusion. As the male got in his car, he didn't waste any time and quickly drove to the hospital.

"Please be alive Inupi is just pranking me, yeah! He's just pranking me... I haven't apologized yet. Please."

When Koko arrived at the hospital, he saw Inui and Draken just outside. Draken was comforting the boy as he saw Koko.

"Inui, Koko's here," he mumbled as Inui looked up to see him.

"Koko."

"Where is she?"

"She's in her room, the doctors are cleaning her.."
Koko nodded and quickly rushed there.
And what Inui said, he was right. Y/n was there. Eyes closed, pale-looking, and lifeless. The doctors looked at him and bowed excusing themselves. Koko closed the door behind him and went over to her.

"You look so peaceful, y/n."He mumbled as he looked at your hand. It's cold yet he stroked it.

"I'm sorry I was late to realize that I loved the both of you. I was just blinded by my love for Akane. I'm sorry."
he smiled as he looked at your face and stroked your cheeks.

"I love you."He said before leaving the room.
