Chapter 7- Accident

F-"Hey Oliver it's me, erm Aria wants to... to.. Come and see you"
O-"what, she does. That's great bring her round I'd love to see her"
F-"what really. You want to see her"
O-"yeah Aria's a great kid why wouldn't I want to see her"
F-"yeah she is a good kid, okay I'll be round soon"
O-"can't wait"

Oliver's POV

I can't believe Aria wants to come and see me. I've always wanted kids but I always thought with my lifestyle I would never be a good enough father. But being with Aria and Felicity changes that, they make me forget everything bad in my life. All I want to do is wake up with Felicity by my side then Aria to come in and jump on the bed to wake us. Then we lay there and all cuddle and laugh. That would be perfect, That's all I really want, but then reality hits me and I remember that can't happen because I am putting them all in danger. I wish things were different but someone needs to protect this city. I need to protect this city.

Felicity's POV

I don't want Aria to get attached to Oliver, not because he's a bad person, he's great. But what if he dies. She'll be heart broken. I can't let that happen to her. It kills me every time he goes out and gets hurt. I can't watch her go through this. As much I love Oliver and want to be with him Aria comes first and I will do anything to protect her.

I knocked on the door of Oliver house and he opened the door."Oliver" Aria ran straight into his arms and have him a big cuddle. She looked so small and fragile in his embrace and even though he was strong, he was so gentile with her. "Hey Aria, how are you?" Oliver asked ecstatic to see her. "Oliver can we play dolls please" Aria asked I had bought her some new ones after the Slade incident and she wanted Oliver to see them. "You brought dolls." Oliver said acting amazed "yeah mommy got me some new ones, will you play with me?" She asked so sweetly. "I would love to play dolls with you Aria" he said so genuine and they ran off into the living room to play.

Oliver was the first male figure Aria had in her life and he was so good with her, plus Aria worshiped him. This made me wonder if it wasn't so bad me and Oliver being together after all. I mean he would protect her, he's one of the only people I would trust to protect her. Was I just over thinking this whole situation. Am I stopping me and Aria from being happy. Then I looked over to Aria and Oliver were playing. They were so happy and content, he was even putting on voices which made her laugh.

After a while of plying the front door swung open. Oliver grabbed Aria to protect her. Even though he was not focused on protecting me, but mainly Aria, I had never felt so safe. The fact he put himself I front of Aria to save her made me feel like he was the perfect man for me and Aria. But it was only Thea crying and she was angry. "Ollie Roy broke up with..." She stopped talking when she seen Oliver with Aria in his arms. "Who's is the kid ollie" Thea asked through sobs. He handed me Aria as he went to comfort Thea. "Speedy you okay" he asked putting a hand on her shoulder, concerned. " Oliver who's the child " she asked confused. " er, Thea I can..," I cut him off before he could continue. "Thea this is Aria. She's my daughter." I said quietly. I trusted Thea with the secret. We were close since the first time we met. She told me she preferred me to Laurel for Oliver, which I have to say made me happy. "Wait you have a daughter" Thea asked as if she'd miss heard. " yeah this is Aria she's 3. Say hi to Thea aria." I said hoping Thea wouldn't freak out. "Hi" aria said trying to hide in felicity's neck. "How come I never heard about her" Thea asked. "Well her dad's not a nice person and I don't want him finding out"I said worried hoping she'd get the hint. "So who knows?" Thea asked. "Your brother" Oliver gave me the eyes and knew I couldn't say the rest of team arrows names "my brother and her nanny" I said trying not to show I was lying. "Erm okay. So why Is she round here, no offence. Are you too dating. Is ollie your boyfriend" Thea asked with a raised eyebrow and voice. "No" I sharply said. "Oliver wants to be mommy's boyfriend" aria spoke up. Thea giggled and both me and Oliver went bright red. "Well thanks sweetie" I said putting Aria down on the floor. "Well ollie I approve I always did like felicity." She walked past him tapped him on the shoulder. "So Thea are you okay, do you need to talk about it." Oliver asked. "I'm fine now I've seen this and we'll talk later after your company" she said cheekily and pranced up stairs.

"Well then" Oliver said rocking on his feet. "Yeah well we're going to go, you can go and comfort Thea" I said trying to leave this awkward situation. "Oh right well if she ever wants to come and see me again, you know where to find me" Oliver said disappointment in his voice. " come on Aria i said as I heard little foot steps then a loud bang. I shot round to see aria on the floor with blood covering her face.
