Chapter 1: New beginnings

On earth, there was a man who was regarded as a hero to the world, why? Because he produced a vaccine and cure that completely wiped out a pandemic that almost wiped out humanity

There were only a few million people on earth that was left, approximately 89.7594% of humanity were infected, once this infection was in effect, it will completely kill it's host almost instantly, it was because of a stupid act of humanity that led to this, even the animals weren't spared

The man was now in his death bed, he always wanted an adventure he could take on his own, and he sometimes even wants a harem of his own, this was due to the man watching anime almost all the time, it intrigued him especially the harem genre, the MC would always be a shy type, a confident pervert type, a dense type, an idiotic battle maniac type or a badass type of guy

He was just 24 but he has been diagnosed with cancer and it was almost time for him to die, he produced the cure last last year, he was a paralyzed person from birth so it was hard for him to even to do anything let alone making experiments and producing a cure, although he still had assistants but it is still an amazing feat how even a paralyzed person can be a hero

He dreamed of adventuring new things but oh how cruel fate is, he was paralyzed and he was easily hurt due to having a weak body so he was sheltered from the world, he couldn't experience what a normal human could, to adventure and experience new things, he even wished to the little hope to find love but he knew his fate

Now on his death bed, he was actually smiling, he had saved humanity from total annihilation and he was glad about that, however after humanity finally stopped praising him, he was there, back on his lonely bed being assisted by maids and servants, his parents died when he was young and his loving aunt and uncle took him in, they always worried about his health which he was thankful for but they were too overprotective as he couldn't even go outside and see how beautiful it is, he was just there, in this life he was sad about him not having been able to find friends, experience new things, find love, have a family and live life the way he wants

He thought that it was a good life and died peacefully sleeping, he didn't want to continue that boring life, he just wanted to be rid of that life and hope to reincarnate to something better or if he will end up in the afterlife, he could at least move normally like others

However, fate has other plans for him as Fate itself has shown in front of him
