Chapter 7

About to weeks later I spend time sitting around or watching TV and getting to know Nico a little better witch got him up to 30% I was laying on the couch reading the same magazine again for about who knows about how many times.
When Nico came over to me

"it's snowing." he say and walks over to the window

"Really" I jump up and ran over to him to look out the window and it is snowing it was December but I didn't think it snowed in Spain.

"I didn't think it snowed in Spain." I say excitedly because Christmas is my favorite holiday.

He smiles at me "it only does in some areas and were in one of those areas do you like the snow."

"Yes it's beautiful and peaceful yet fun at the same time and you get presents." I say smiling brightly

He gives me a mischievous looking grin.

The next morning I wake to my door slamming open I sit up fast as Nico barges in.

"Get up and get dressed were going out today." he demanded's smiling

"Where are we going." I say rubbing my eyes

"It's a surprise." He says and runs back out and up the stairs.

As I walk upstairs fully dressed and he's holding something in his hands. I walk over to him and he hands me the rolled up food I opened it and say it was a sandwich. I'm about to walk out the door but he stops me.

"We can't let them see your face simon might have some spies around town." he glances around the room "here put this on." he say while handing me a cow girl hat from the hanger next to him.

"Really" I say raising an eyebrow at him.

"Yes" he says as he turns to open the door we get in the car and when he starts slowing down

"Close your eyes." he tells me

"Ok" I say cautiously

I hear the car pull to a stop and I hear him get out and come over to my side of the car he opens the door and takes my hand and leads me to who knows were.

"Ok open your eyes" he whispers in my ear.

As I do I laugh "really were getting a Christmas tree" I say glancing over at him

"Well you love Christmas so I thought it ain't Christmas without a tree to put all the gifts under." he says smiling at me. he starts walking between the rows of trees looking for one when I get a childish idea I bend down getting a hand full of snow and step forward a little because I'm not the best thrower as he's about to look back at me I chuck it and it smacks him in the face.
I laugh at the shocked look on his face he wipes to off.

"You are so going to pay for that." he say smiling as he runs towards me he attempts to grab me but I jump away and into path way between the trees he chases me for awhile till I don't hear him behind me so I stop to catch my breath I let out a scream when he grabs me from behind.

"Gotcha" he yells as he picks me up off the ground I laugh. He tosses me over his shoulder holding on to my back and legs so I don't fall.

"Put me down" I manage to say between laughter. he ignores me and continues walking down the path.

"What do you think of this tree." he ask me.

"Well if you put me down maybe I could tell you if I liked it or not." I say and let out a short chuckle.

As he does he set me down in front of him but holding me against his chest with his arm behind my back he refuses to let me go and I get an idea. I look up at him. he looks down at me and in that second I push myself up on my tippy toes and kiss him he is taken aback by this we kiss for a sec till I feel his hand loosen on my back from the surprise.
As soon as he loosened his grip I run out of his arms leaving him hanging there like he expected more yet some part of me hadn't wanted to pull away from the kiss. yet the look on his face made it so worth it boys and there hormones. I wink at him and he shakes his head and laughs.

It took us about three minutes after to find the tree I wanted while the whole time we were looking Nico and I were holding hands. After put the tree on the truck we went to the store and got stuff to decorate it with and something to hold it on the ground at the house.
When we got back home we spent some time setting it up so it would look nice.
After me a Nico walk towards the kitchen to grab something to eat when he stops me under the arch way.

"What" I say looking at him he points up and I see the little mistletoe above us. I laugh and look over at him before I can say anything his lips are on mine there soft and gentle I feel my heart racing as we kiss I deepen the kiss a little more before pulling away even though I hate to I can't have him thinking he is completely forgiven yet.

After we eat I sit back down on the couch he joins me there we don't say anything for a little.

"Hey do you know where everyone is at because I haven't seen anyone around for awhile." I say scrunching my eyebrows as I look at him.

"Well your sister and Garret wake up early and head off to do only God knows what." He say winking at me"and the others are out running the perimeter you know keeping watch." after a couple more minutes of silence he looks back at me.

"So did I get any closer to 100%" he say smiling at me

"Your now at 55%." I say smiling back at him he grabs my chin making me face him he leans in and we kiss again and my goodness he is a fantastic kisser we continue to make out for awhile longer till we here the door open. As we pull back from each other to see who it is I tell him he's at 60% now witch make him laugh.

"Oh sorry to interrupt." I look up to see it is my sister and Garret.

"It's fine." I say smiling at her.

Then she see the tree behind us and the bag of decorations we got and she smiles brightly. then looks over at Garret

"we should invite the pack over tomorrow and have a Christmas party and get to know everyone." she say excitedly.

He looks hesitant but before he can respond Nico answers. "That's a great idea it will give the rest of the pack to meet Terra since most of them haven't yet. Garret go call are vampire friends and some of the other packs and let all of are know it will be tomorrow at 6:00 got now go." he demands.

Before he can go I yell out to him he comes back "Garret what he meant was please and thank you and at the end of that demand." I say giving a small smile.

He looks slightly surprised.
He nods his head at me "alright Luna and have a nice night." He say smiling and walks with my sister up stairs.

I had raised my eyebrows at him when he called me Luna I guess Nico saw.

"Your so kind I think it caught him off guard."

"What do you mean. he thought I would be rude or something."I say looking at Nico confused

"Well maybe you now most people don't like me so maybe they thought you would be like me because your my mate and the Luna of my pack."
There it is again

"Do you not like being called Luna." he say raising an eyebrow at me.

"What no it's just that's what everyone called my sister I was just called Terra. but I have to say I like being called Luna. I say as I laugh a little.
He smiles at me then tells me we should go to sleep because of the big day tomorrow. after he goes to his room I take a shower so I won't have to take one tomorrow morning and get in my shorts and a t-shirt before getting into the sheets as I lay there I start to feel nervous about tomorrow and meeting everyone they will all be judging me that night it will set how they see me from then on. it takes me a little but finally fall asleep. I have a nightmare about making a fool of myself at the party and then having to feel like I was living high school all over again.
