Another bright sunny day and Mansi was walking through th streets, alone, had no intention to go anywhere but " i should go to Reema's house what's the point roaming here and there! What a dilemma! I can't stay in my own house for long, nor do I like being in the area anymore! Wish things would have been some other way!" Although it was a beautiful day, and the weather seemed to be good enough to be happy, people all around rushing towards somewhere of there interest. And then there was disheartened Mansi who's mind was somewhere else and she herself, somewhere else.
"Mansi! Oye Mansi! Here I'm on this side! " Cried her friend Reema who was, by chance, at a store nearby. Unheard of Reema, Mansi kept walking.
Reema came running and tapped two times on Mansi's shoulder "Oye! I've been calling you from there. Where are you lost Mansi?" asked Reema. "I didn't hear you I'm so sorry! I was thinking about S... Leave it, I was going to your house by the way, it's great you're here! What are you doing here?" said Mansi. " It's been 2 years and you're still stuck over S... I won't talk about it honey, let's go to my house. I came here to buy some crafting items, lets craft together, shall we?" said Reema. "Sure! Let's go!" said Mansi. They talked about this and that and everything about work as then walked towards Reema's house.Reema and Mansi worked together as clerks in a bank. Both graduated in the same year from the same college and were close friends. Both enjoyed doing craft together in their free time.
"Look! I'm gonna teach you how to make a beautiful card, from... whatever scrap available!" said Reema. " And I'm gonna show you how we can turn the card back into scrap!" Laughed Mansi. And they both had fun together. Then Mansi came back home. It was 5'o clock. Her sister Aisha also came from outside, seemed to be very very happy! Smiling, blushing, and went straight into her room, without even noticing Mansi.Aisha and Mansi were their own and only family in the town. Their mom died when Mansi was in high school and their dad left with their, cruel aunt until Mansi secured a job and was strong enough to end her aunt's cruel reign.
After both sisters were on there own, Aisha, a high school student, was completely out of control and considered herself free of any restrictions. She was a queen of her kingdom. Mansi on the other hand, had the burden to look after their family of two. And she did it with honesty, with smile, hiding her darkest secrets beneath her courage!"You seem to be blushing! What's the matter? Would you like to share with me? Let me know what makes my sister look so happy today?" asked Mansi. "Oh! You're home! Yes I have something to tell you... Di! I'm so happy! I'm in love. He proposed me! I'm the luckiest person!" replied Aisha, jumping with joy. This did not made Mansi happy but she knew that any objection would lead to an unwanted and baseless argument. " Really! Who's the lucky guy? What's his name? Show me his picture!" replied Mansi. "His name is S..." And then suddenly Mansi got an important call to attend an urgent meeting. When she came back, she saw that Aisha was asleep and so she went on to prepare the dinner and complete the household.
At dinner, " so you were telling me about the Mr. Perfect... Go on!" said Mansi. " He is not my classmate but...you know...j-just don't get angry...Di! I found him on Instagram! He followed me, we talked for few months and then we met today and he proposed me and I said yes!" answered Aisha in quite hesitation. Mansi became grave, " what's his name and how does he looks like?" she asked. " Oh first you should know he is such a gentle man, kind hearted, cute guy, stud, every girl has an eye on him...." "WHAT is his name Aisha!" Interrupted Mansi as she was getting restless. The word S from Aisha's mouth made her anxious. "His name is Sarthak!" Mansi was trembling with shock. She wasn't able to utter a word, and then she was the pictures, of Sarthak! " Go into your room and sleep, it's too late now! Good night!" and Aisha went into her room, surprised. Mansi couldn't get up from her chair, shocked, tears came rolling down her eyes, something shook her hard! She came into her room, locked it up from the inside, she got another panic attack, she was suffocating, but somehow she gathered herself, took her anti-depressants and sleeping pills, which she's been taking for 2 years now, and went to sleep.
