This book awards is open only to Filipino writers.
The Autumn Awards Committee started accepting entries by September 13, 2021.
For this season, we catered only to three specific genres namely:
1. One-Shot
2. Short Story
3. Poetry
We also have added Mini-Categories to be able to cater to different genres with a maximum of ten participants such as:
1. Best in Book Cover
2. Best Title
3. Best Blurb
Before this awards started, I, myself, have been exposed to many Book Awards, both locally and internationally (naks! 😆).
I have English-written works which I have entered in English Book Awards like:
1. The Beauty of Florence- consistent 3rd Placer (Big Dipper Awards, Crown Jewel Awards, Coral Awards, The Obliviate Awards, The Mystique Circle Awards, Summer 2021 Awards, One In A Million Awards), 1st Place (Ace of Book Awards)
2. Until Then, Japan- won 3rd Place (The Lemon Contest June 2021, The Cupcake Awards)
3. Dreadful Gaze- won 1st Place (The Lemon Contest June 2021, Saison Des Fleurs Book Awards, Ace of Book Awards)
4. Lacher Prise- 1st Place (Seasonal Contests Spring), 3rd Place (Below 100 Awards), Honorable Mention (The April Showers Poetry Awards)
5. Whispered Words- 3rd Place (The Blue Moon Awards), 2nd Place (The Enchanted Awards
I have also been a judge in English Book Awards so I can say I have quite a lot of experience in judging. 😁
But since, I want to support my fellow writers more, me and my friends decided to create this awards.
