1st Person POV Shion

I dashed into my room before quickly barring my door with a chair under the knob on top of locking the deadbolt as an extra measure. I quickly began dashing around the room, grabbing things like my katana, my favorite kimonos, yukatas, happi coats, additional clothing, and money that my cousins gave me when the day came when "I had enough." I gripped the prayer beads around my neck as the red magatama pendant, which is said to be my patron god's core, warmed against the skin of my sternum, almost in response.

On of the first nights I started sneaking out of the main house to train with Sango and Saya so I could defend myself, he more or less made it appear on the rock I was supposed to split in half as a "rite of passage" according to my bodyguards

Imagine our surprise when we found this sword leaned up against said boulder and whenever Sango or Saya tried to touch it, they only got their hands burned (mildly, thankfully). Yet when I came in contact with the katana, it didn't burn me. Rather, I could have sworn it flew right into my hand just before I touched it. As I held it, my prayer beads warmed up against my neck as I heard Susanoo whisper into my ear, "For my darling nadeshiko..."
