I grabbed my book from my bag and headed out of our small village. I read how to water bend over and over again but now I think I got it down. I calmed my aura and settled my palms. Slowly but surely the water from the snow melted and I played around with the water. "Am I the avatar?" I questioned my 6 year old self.

"No I can't be. The cycle i read about would be broken and plus there's already an avatar in my village. They have 3 elements already where as I only have one." I mummbled to myself. "What are you doing out here?" I heard a familiar voice ask. "I just came to read. Ill go now." I stood up and walked away from the avatar's apprentices.

I walked over near the new palace that the avatar lives in. I bended the snow into a tunnel and went under the wall and hid silently in the shadows. I watched her fire bend against two other fire benders. "Mine is better." I whispered to myself while watching her just use strength.

"I think i've seen enough." I walked away using something called Zetsu. It hides auras so people can't sense you easily. Not one ounce of your presence. I slowly walked home playing with some snow. "Im home!" I called to my mother. "Oh dear how lovely. I just needed to tell you something." She rushed me to the living room.

There I saw two people. "These guys here are going to take you to Republic City to learn air bending secretly." She pointed to the men. They were well dressed and looked like security guards with their dark glasses on. "B-but mama. Who would I train with?!" I asked worriedly. She gave me a surpressed look. "His name is master Tensin. He's avatar Aang's son." I gave a wide grin.

"How'd you get him to train me?" I asked. I heard that he's very strict but will be patient. "Well, it took a lot of convincing but he realized that there aren't many air benders." I gave her an unimpressed look. "So he only thinks of me as an air bender. Nothing else." I felt anger rising but used my breathing tactics to calm down. "Yes dear. There's already an avatar. If anyone finds out that you were born an avatar too they'll run tests. I don't think you'll want that." I nodded hesitantly before complying and walking out the door with the men.

"Let me get Nova." I ran to her shed and opened the door. "Aww who's a good polar rabbit." I grabbed her harness and slipped it on. "Lets go girl." I walked her out of her barn and jogged over too the ship. It was dark out and it was very gloomy on board. "Im gonna go to the lower deck and stay there if you don't mind sir." I grabbed the leash for Nova and walked her down the stairs towards the back of the storage room.

I saw something white and furry sticking out from behind a shelf and decided to check it out. "Its the avatar." I whispered out loud. Her pets ears lifted up as it looked at me before nudging Kora. "What is it Naga?" She asked. I used Zetsu to hide myself but since we were on a ship I couldn't hold it. Kora looked at me and I waved slightly. "Hello." I waved to her. She looked kinda confused. "Whered you come from?!" She asked seeming amazed.

"Oh I used a technic called Zetsu. It hides auras from people and they cant sense their presence at all." I laughed at her still confused expression. "I didn't understand any of that but its sounds cool. Is there a way you could sorta teach me?" She chuckled nervoulsy. The avatar is asking me to teach her Zetsu. I guess I could try!

I blinked a few times staring before slowly nodding. "So what you wanna do is...

I got off the boat with the avatar but soon stopped remembering my escorts. They soon got off the boat as well. "Are we taking a farrier there?" I asked and they both simply nodded. They gave the farrier guide some uons and we drifted towards Air Temple Island.
