Authors Note: I changed up the timeline between Jeff and Jane so that it makes my story flow better! I understand that the timeframe and story that I'm discussing here is not the original, but that's what i'm going for haha. Okay bye!---

Jack led me upstairs to the living room. I had so many questions racing through my mind just eager to be asked. I never knew he had a girlfriend. Actually, I didn't think he was even capable of a relationship in the first place. I sit on the chaise lounge as Jack paces back and forth of the room. He seems...tense.

"So...what's going on?" I say to somewhat break the tension. Jack sighs before sitting down, placing his hand firmly on both of his knees. "Jane is someone who shares a lot of history with Jeff. They used to date a while back before..he became what he is now...". I tense up at his words, "What do you mean? Was he ever normal?" I ask. Jack thinks to himself for a moment, as if to find the appropriate words for what he was about to tell me next.

"See Jeff and Jane, like all of us here, used to be normal people, minus Slendy. We all have a story...In Jeff's case, from what he's told me, he was a teenager in high school before shit got bad. He came from a happy family: caring mom, cool dad, and a loving older brother. He was a popular kid and was always chipper. At least, thats what he made his family think. Truth was that he was relentlessly bullied. He'd hidden his bruises and cuts from them. I guess he tried to fight back once but he got carried away. Sent the other kid to the hospital. That was when it started...his mom and dad no longer looked at him the same way after that. They saw him as some monster. Some unstable kid who attacked for no reason. From then things got bad at home. They were always fighting and yelling. If things were heated enough, his dad would even get physical. According to Jeff, his older brother never stepped in. Just watched as it happened. Sometimes he even sided with the parents. But then one day he got invited to a birthday party. From the same kid he beat up. The kid said something about wanting to make amends. Jeff saw it as an opportunity to get his reputation back so he went." Before continuing, Jack wipes his palms on his jeans. " *sighs*...they ganged up on him, held him down, doused his body in bleach and set him on fire. They just...set him on fire...And when he came to he was in the hospital. Doctor's said he had been in a coma for weeks. The other kids said it was an accident but when he tried to explain what they did, everyone just thought that he made it up. When he was finally discharged and sent home he took off his bandages covering his wounds. As you can see...his skin color lightened on account of the bleach, and his leathery texture...well thats from the fire. His eyelids were so severely singed and charred from the flames that the doctors decided to just remove them entirely. The worst part of this situation was how his family looked at him. He knew they were trying to hide it, but he could still see how his mother would avoid looking at him during dinner at the table. He noticed when His father no longer looked at him in the eyes when he talked to him. Or when his brother shivered every time he had to help him put his clothes on. Funny enough though his parents didn't back down when they were arguing with him. Each time he brought up what happened his parents screamed at him and told him to stop making up lies. I guess he just snapped finally. After a particular argument, his mother had said something like 'It's one thing to make this family look bad enough with your appearance, but you lying just makes it worse for us.' After that night....he killed them. He slit their throats as they were sleeping and cut up their parts..then he did that to his face.."

I sat there in silence for about a minute. I couldn't believe what I just heard. What could I even say to that? I mean I knew he had to be messed up to do what he does but I didn't think he was that messed up. I couldn't help but feel terrible for Jeff. Regardless of how he forcefully brought me here he still had it rough. I guess people just aren't born monsters; they're created. I suddenly recalled something. "Wait but how does Jane fit here? What happened with her?" I ask Jack.

"Well,  I don't know too much about their past relationship but I do know that she was his girlfriend at the time. He told me that when news got around of how he beat up that kid, she broke up with him to save her image. I guess she started spreading rumors around claiming she never even liked him to begin with. Soon the whole school would look at him the way his family did. I guess you could say that the night he snapped, he went totally nuts. After he murdered his family, he broke into her house and did the same thing to her parents as he did to his. She wasn't home when he did it, but she was there to see the aftermath. She went insane at the scene of the incident. Ever since then, she's tried hunting him down, killing anybody who got in her way."

I was still in shock from the previous story but this one was just as bad. I feel for Jane. I feel for both of them. Then something which has been at the back of my mind came to surface. The one thing that was gnawing at me as soon as Jane left and Jeff had not yet come back to the mansion. "What if Jane has him?"
