Shivaay walked inside their room tiptoe and gently kept his coat on the couch, removing his watch and kept his wallet away. Folding his sleeves, he walked slowly towards the bed to see a half sleeping Annika propped up on her head on her right arm while babies were sound asleep beside her.

They have recently got habitual of sleeping with their parents else they'll start crying, Shivaay and Annika had no issues in sleeping, cuddling their kids.

"Baby..", he gently whispered in her ear making her smile and she got up turning towards him.

"You could have slept, love. If I would have got more late, will you always keep waiting for me?", he asked as they hugged each other.

"It's just 11 at night Shivaay. Babies were sleeping, finally I felt little relaxed so just drooped. And of course, I will forever wait till you come back from office", she said and they parted.

"That's not fair Annika", he sighed. She has recently joined back her hospital after her long maternity break as babies were okay in staying alone with entire family. She would come back early in evening, then spend time with kids and family. Because of their hectic and busy schedules, Annika and Shivaay hardly gets time for each other.

Babies have turned 10 months old and they have started pulling themselves up with help of anything around, keeping everyone's eyes of family on them so that they don't hurt each other.

"You freshen up, I will bring your dinner", she said kissing his cheek. He nodded dropping a kiss on her forehead and went to take shower. Meanwhile, Annika brought his dinner and arranged pillows around babies.

"You had your dinner, right?", he asked as both sat down on the couch.

"Yes. As per your order, I had my dinner", she said rolling her eyes. He chuckled. He has strictly told her to not stay hungry till late night for him as she need to have her meals on time as she is feeding babies. She reluctantly agreed.

"My good girl", he said pinching her cheek lightly. She slapped lightly on his hand chuckling.

"How was your day?", he asked tearing a piece of chapati.

"It was good, had two root canals, a cavity filler, handled a cranky baby while just cleaning his teeth", she said making him hum.

"Don't stress or tire yourself baby. You are still a new mother", he said holding her hand from another hand. She entwined their fingers.

"I will take care. Don't worry", she said kissing back of his palm bringing a smile on his face, "how was your day?", she asked.

"Um..pretty good I may say I mean I didn't had much work today and it was little weird. Just two meetings with head of departments, signing files", he said making her chuckle.

"Your workaholic self is saying this. It's good to have less working days sometimes. Ek second! You didn't had much work today, still you came late. Why?", she asked narrowing her eyes.

"I was with my girlfriend", he joked getting a smack on his arm. He chuckled and took her in a side hug.

"I was completing whatever things were left as tomorrow is Sunday and I want to spend holiday with my wife and kids whom I am missing a lot these days", he said gently placing a kiss on her forehead. She smiled wrapping arm around his waist.

"I am also missing you hubby. You know, babies are standing if they hold something for support. You saw na, the video I sent", she asked.

"Um-hm", he said keeping his chin on her head. She sent him a small video in evening where Anaay, Ayika and Ansh were trying to stand up on their feet, holding the corners of Ayika's cradle.
