Best Friend (Kim Taehyung)

Tae's pov 

I was leaning on the table waiting for my drink, Y/N had dragged me to the bar and obviously I couldn't say no. I sighed, why did this always work on me? Why did I always listen to whatever she said? 'Because you love her' my brain stated, It was true, I loved her. I could never tell her though, she didn't like me back, I would ruin our friendship. 

Now she was talking to her friends, ignoring me, as usual.  "Here" the bartender brought me back to life, away from my thoughts. I nodded a thanks, "Tae!" y/n was walking towards me. "Hey" I gave her a small smile "hey whatsup?"  she asked, I could hear the hint of concern in her voice "nothing, I think I'm going to go home now" I replied, putting on a brave smile. She looked a bit shocked and scanned my face for answers, "I'll come with you" she said. "No its ok-" I started but she cut me off "no Tae I'm coming" she ordered, I sighed "fine, come on" I said grabbing her hand and walking out of the bar. 

Me and y/n reached home only by 1 AM, I plopped now on the couch, y/n sat next to me. "Tae?" she asked "yeah?" I answered, looking over at her "we've been friends for so long, but recently I've been thinking about us being more than that. I didn't want to tell you cause I knew you didn't feel the same way, but I cant keep it a secret anymore" she shocked me to the core, she was looking down but I could see the tears in her eyes. This was so out of the blue. 

'Dude answer' my brain shouted at me 'right' I thought, "y/n?" I asked, she didn't look at me. I sighed and lifted her chin up to look at her beautiful eyes. Without thinking I planted my lips onto hers, after a second I pulled away, "I like you too" I said, giving her a smile. She stared at me  for a second before asking "really?", I smiled "yeah", I wrapped my arms around her waist and and gave her a tight hug, she wrapped her hands around my neck. We stayed like that, just hugging each other for a minute before she kissed me on my lips, I immediately returned it. I smiled against her soft lips. 

Gosh I loved this girl.
