Adrien's Diary

Proem (the beginning)

Dear future children, future me, future wife, and whoever is going to read this,

It's me past-Adrien. I don't know how much you know about me and my life so I will tell you everything.

First things first, I am Adrien Agreste, son of Emily and Gabriel Agreste. My mother disappeared less than a year ago since then my father cares totally for me. Or should I say he hired Nathalie and Gorilla to take care of me? Nathalie is my father's secretary and she organizes, plans, and gave me lessons while I was homeschooled. Gorilla is my bodyguard. The reason I call him Gorilla is because he is big, tall, strong, looks kinda like a gorilla and he never talks. He only groans. Sometimes I even wonder if he can talk, but Nathalie told me that he just doesn't like to talk. My father is Gabriel Agreste, as I told you before. He is a tall and very well-known person. He is one of the world-famous fashion. And because of that, I work as a model. My mother used to be an actor until she disappeared.

Talking about family: I also have a very nice cousin Félix. Félix Graham de Vanily is his full name. My full name is too long to write and I don't use it 'cause it reminds me of my mother. Félix's father died also less than a year ago, so he only has his mother Amelie Graham de Vanily. She is my mother's sister, twin-sister to be specific. They still look like each other. When Félix and I were younger we could dress up as each other. I'm not sure if he still looks a lot like me. I haven't seen him for a very long time. My father didn't let me go to Félix's father's funeral. He thoughted it would be too hard to handle for me. I just want to see Félix again.

Talking about the city I live in:  I live in Paris, France in the Agreste Mansion. It's the biggest villa in whole Paris, maybe even in whole Europe. I don't know much about the other countries. The Agreste Mansion is in the middle of Paris near a school, the Eiffel Tower, the Notre Dame, the Louvre, and everything great. But also next to the Mayor's house. The Mayor, Andre Bourgeois is not the reason why I hate that building. Chloé lives there, she is the daughter of the mayor and Audrey Bourgeois. She is my friend since kindergarten but she is too obsessed with me. She calls me most of the time Adrikins. My father told me to stop spending time with her 'cause she is Audrey's daughter. He said that Audrey called him Gabrikins. But the fact that she can remember his name and not mine or even her husband's or her own daughter's. That's so strange. In the Mayors house works Jean-something. I don't know his full name 'cause no one calls him the same everything. Jean-Pierre, Jean-Marc, Jean-Jean, I don't know which names else.

In Paris is also the Françoise Dupont Middle School. I'm going to that school now. I'm very happy about going to school. Very close to the school is the Dupain-Cheng's Bakery. I've never been there yet, but one of my classmates lives there. Marinette, Marinette Dupain-Cheng. Her parents are Tom Dupain and Sabine Dupain-Cheng. Nathalie sometimes goes to the bakery to buy my father food, but I only get the leftovers. I hope I can visit the bakery soon.

About my class and classmates: I don't know how I can describe my class grade, so I'll only describe my classmates and teachers. First starting with my best friend Nino. Nino is a boy who always wears headphones and a hat. He calls me mostly dude or bro. Other boys are Ivan, Max, Nathaniel, and Kim. The girls are Alya, Marinette, Chloé, Mylene, Alix, Rose, Juleka, and Sabrina. I hope I will learn more about them later. My teachers are Miss Mendelev and Miss Bustier. Miss Mendelev teaches us the science school subjects and Miss Bustier teaches us the languages, French and English mostly. 

I hope to learn more about everything, while I will be discovering the beauty of Paris.
