Fallen Angel

When the world falls away I will not run and hide.

When it all freezes over I will weather the storm.

I was told it would be okay but they lied.

My heart and soul are beaten and torn.

I'm waiting for my fallen angel to save me.

I'm standing on the edge praying for anything,

To save me from my long hard misery.

Oh fallen angel save, oh please save me.

I'm running in an endless night.

Battered and broken from my invisible fight.

Shadows of yesterday at every turn.

The forest is waiting for me to burn.

I'm waiting for my fallen angel to save me.

Against the wicked and the wrong.

I'll find a way to make it through the hardest storm.
