Hello, hello!
So, recently I got back into Hetalia and I started to reread this guy and found a LOT of issues. I've decided to fix these.
Issues include motive, plot line, connections/relations, and more.
The story line is pretty much the same. I'm only fixing a few details. The previous version made Matthew sound like he was throwing a tantrum, and that's definitely not what I meant to write.
