The school bell rang, signifying the end of today's class, and the buzzing of student voices and activities was heard all across the school. Students are eager to go home and enjoy the day since next week it's the start of the summer holidays, as the class starts emptying one student was still sitting on his chair looking out the window, the calm orange hue of the sun gently shines it's light to the not so empty class.

the student continued to watch the sun still not moving to go home, his thought was filled with nothing except his memories of his experience at this school. Next week's summer holidays would be the last summer holiday that he would experience with his friends since next year he would move on to college but his heart is still not ready to say goodbye to the school which a lot of his fond memories came from and the friends he made to make his experience unforgettable. But the reality is he has to move on no matter how painful it is. That's just reality, but his thoughts were interrupted by a hand clasping both of his shoulders. "YO!" A voice called out loud. The boy was startled by the loud voice but immediately recompose himself."What the hell, dude?!?!?!? you startled me!!!" the boy exclaimed, miffed by the abrupt stop to his thoughts."Hehe... sorry dude, you look lost, so I thought 'Hey wouldn't it be funny if I startled this guy who is thinking and doesn't want to be bothered?' and I decided it is funny" the friend smiled mischievously while his hands that were formerly on the boy's shoulders were retracted and put into his pockets "So what were you thinking about that got you staring out of the window as if this your last day alive?" the friend asked, his mischievous smile still plastered on his face.

The boy glared at his friend but the friend only responded with his smile widening eventually, the boy let out a sigh "I was just thinking about our times in this school and the experience we had while studying in it" the boy answered gazing his eyes back on staring to the sun. The friend was silent for a while, his expression softened, and he placed one of his hands on the boy's shoulder "well it's been quite a ride, huh? Do you remember the times when Ronald manage to miss a whole day's worth of school by staying in the bathroom because of his stomach being so banged up after we dared him to eat a whole spicy taco?" The friend softly laughed while reminiscing about the memory. The boy smirks and laughs, too. "Hah... he was an idiot for taking the dare, but it's still the funniest shit that happened in our 11th grade. "

"Awwwwww, my clown act back then wasn't the funnies?" the friend asked with puppy eyes directing to the boy

"Nah, you were just stupid, and besides, we got a lot of material to share with your girlfriend, that is, if you get one," the boy snickered

"Man, you're so cruel," the friend responded while groaning

the two boys laughed. but their laughter eventually stopped, and they looked to the window to see the sun setting, and along with it came the beautiful deep orange hues. The boys were silent for a minute until the friend eventually broke the silence, "Hey, we should head home, we don't want ourselves to be locked in this school, huh?" the friend said while laughing at the last statement, the boy chuckled "yeah you're right and besides, I need to seriously finish my Sekiro playthrough" the boy responded while getting up from his chair and putting on his backpack. The friend laughed at the boy's statement "dude you still haven't finished your playthrough yet? that's sad" the friend said while wiping out a fake tear, "hahaha laugh all you want but I at least manage to get all the legendary achievement on all of the Halo games" the boy said smugly.

The friend puts a hand atop of his chest " oooooof low blow dude, low blow" the friend said while making noises as if he was shot in the heart, the boy merely snickered and continues on walking home with his friend chatting on the way.
