Chapter 1: Engagement Dress Nightmare

It's been a year since I found out I have a Half-Brother named Percy, it's been a year since I found out who my birth father is, it's been a year since I found my long lost big brother, it's been a year since Wyatt had his one-year-old daughter, Songbird, and it's been a year since I've found out who I truly am.

A lot has happened since last year, Wyatt finding out he has a daughter, deciding to get engaged with his highschool girlfriend, me and Percy getting more connected along with Annabeth. Annabeth decided to be with her father this school year which Percy has explained to me was a hard thing for her to do. Percy also went home to his Mom, Sally, and they've been living a normal life.

For me? It's been normal witchcraft business, learning about potions, spells, the rules of being a witch, also figuring out my godly powers. But at this moment? I'm in my house watching my little brother, Henry Jr., playing Halo 3 while Jeremy is out on the porch smoking. Mom doesn't approve of the smoking but she knows Jeremy is a grown boy and it's his decision. I heard a knock on the door and got up and answered to see Melinda, Parker, and my good friend, Alexandra, Alexandra is blonde with dark blue eyes, tan skin, a thin face, and short for her age. She's fourteen and smaller then me. Melinda smiled to me as I groan. "Is it that time already?" I groan.

"Yes! We have to go, Harmony, it's for my big brother!" Melinda said as I groan again. "Are you ready?"

"Yes, let me just get Jeremy." I said they nodded and I walk onto the porch. "Hey, Jeremy, time to go." I told him and he nodded. Jeremy is driving me and my cousins to a dress shop before going to school.

"Don't you have to call Percy? It's his last day of school." Jeremy reminded me as I gasp. "I totally forgot! Thanks for reminding me." I said and ran into my bedroom and sat down at my desk. I turn on my laptop and wrote down my password and turned on Skyp and saw Percy was on and clicked the green phone to call him.

It was ringing and I cross my arms. Like I've promised I'm keeping contact with him so we call each other once in a while. The screen showed Percy, his shirt on backwards and inside out, his hair a mess, but something in his eyes told me something is bothering him. "Hey, Perce." I said he smiled.

"Hey, Harmony." Percy said I look at his shirt. "Percy, your shirt is inside out and backwards." I said. Percy looked to see I'm correct. "Oh...Thanks." He said and moved out of the camera and came back wearing it correctly making me chuckle. "Whats up with you bud?" I said.

"Last day of school, I slept in a little late." Percy said I chuckle again.

"Your lucky, I have another week of school left." I said. "So, how has your life been being normal? Anything strange happen?" I ask.

"Actually..." Percy started telling me the nightmare he just had about Grover, who is out searching for the god Pan, that he was running in a storm saying "Have to get away. Have to warn them!" and he was running from something. Grover ran into a wedding shop and Percy woke up. "...My Mom woke me up before I could see what the monster was."

I bite my lip taking in this information. "I'll keep a ear out for hearing Grover, Percy, he'll know to call me if he's in trouble, right?" I said and Percy shrugged.

"Possibly. What are you doing? You look dressed up." Percy said looking at me weirdly as I groan.

"My cousin, Wyatt, is having a engagement party to ask his girlfriend he known since High School to marry him. My Aunts and Mom are so excited they insisted to do a Engagement in front of the family, it was Uncle Coops idea to have a party at Aunt Piper's restaurant." I explain.

"Isn't Coop cupid?" Percy asked and I nodded.

"Yep, he was made for my Aunt Phoebe after everything she gone through." I said and shrugged. "How's Tyson, by the way, I haven't heard from him in a couple days." Tyson was one of Percy's best friends and a good friend of mine. He had sandy blonde hair that was long, covering his eyes, he looked strang and was a sensitive but he's awesome and I love him to death, so does Percy.

"He's fine, he's gonna be at school today." Percy said and I nodded and someone banged on my door making me and Percy jump. "Harmony Paige Mitchell!" Yelled the voice of my dear sister, Kat.

"Aw, frick." I mumble. "I have to go, Percy, have a good time at school and remember to be careful, there's a reason why the Elder's gave you my charge." I said he nodded.

"Later, Harmony."

"Bye, Percy." I said and I ended the call and turned off my computer and opened the door. "Are you ready now?" KAt said as I nodded.

"Yes, I am, Kat." I sigh and me, Melinda, Parker, Alexandra, and Jeremy walked out of the apartment.

We've been at this dress shop for twenty minutes now, Jeremy was sitting next to me while Melinda tried on this nude colored dress that was strapless, a flowy skirt, the skirt had sparkles around the bottom and a small design on the top of the dress. Parker and Alexandra were deciding on the dress as I already have my dress, a baby blue dress that went to my knee caps that was also flowy, some design on the neckline, and it showed my curves perfectly. "What do you think? Should I?" Melinda said as I blow a piece of my hair out of my face.

"Yes, Mel, you should! You look beautiful!" Alexandra insisted and Melinda sighed but nodded. "Okay, are we ready?" Melinda said and me and Jeremy nodded.

"Yes, we've been ready for ten minutes." I said and Melinda stuck out her tongue at me playfully. "Shut it, Mitchell." Melinda said playfully as I smile happily.

"Ready to go?" Jeremy asked and we all nodded. "Let me get dressed I'll meet you outside." Melinda said and we nodded and payed for the dresses and wait outside the store. Jeremy leaned on the window next to me I cross my arms holding onto the bag with my dress. (Go to next next part!)
