I'm no genius, I've never done nothin' worthwhile in my life. Everyone knows I'm no good to nobody. I can't remember what I used to be but I must've been a big failure to end up like this..." He trails off Soos telling him "But the laptop has your name on it." "What about this book? Are you sure you didn't write it? Look closely," I say, flipping through the pages of the journal. "I told ya I don't recall. Everything before nineteen eighty-two is a blur just a hazy blur..." That's when I stop flipping the pages and it lands on a specific page that freaks McGucket out.

"The Blind Eye! Robes! The men! My mind! They did somethin'!" He starts shrieking as he falls to the floor. "Who did?" I ask as turn the journal over to see what he saw and my eyes widen as I see an image of an eye crossed out with an X. I suck air through my teeth as images flash through my mind of a cold winter's night, me crouching in the snow shivering as I shake Bill's hand! I shut the book quickly and look around it seems everybody was too busy interrogating McGucket to notice I was blankly staring at the journal. W-Was that what I think it was? Was that a memory of me making a deal with Bill? But why? What was the deal? Think dude, what is the earliest thing you can remember?" I hear Wendy ask causing me to think of me making a deal with Bill.

Is that my earliest memory was that deal the reason I was grey? Why he drinks my emotions? Why I have memory loss? "Uh...This is I think," McGucket says holding up a newspaper article about him being a disoriented old man found at the museum. "The history museum!" "Then that's where we're going," On the way there I continued to recall the recent memory, trying to piece it all together and thinking on how to tell the twins.

Mabel's p.o.v.

We get into the museum and I pass by a stuffed cat, earning Wendy's attention and she asks "Mabel are you ok? You just walked by a cat without petting it." "Oh Wendy, everything I look at reminds me of my failed romances. That formaldehyde heart, that romantic diorama. Even this poster of my most recent ex-crush," I tear down the poster promoting one of Gabe's shows just to reveal a poster promoting Sev'ral Timez. "Oh come on!" "So your last memory was here, anything coming back?" My brother asks McGucket but before he could get a response Soos shouts "Guys look!"

We look down the hallway to see a figure running off into a room and we quickly chase after them. When we reach the room they ran into, nobody was there, just a lot of images and sculptures of eyes. "Well kettle my corn he vanish-afied." "It doesn't make sense, where did he go?" Dipper asks as we look around, McGucket soon stating "I feel like these eyeballs are a watching me." "Wait...They are!" Dipper and (y/n) say as they both follow the gazes of the eyes.

"Move aside," e does and there's a block of an eye which Dipper presses and the fireplace reveals a set of stairs. "Jackpot!" "A secret passageway!" "We'll have to be stealthy. I'll hambone a message if there's trouble," McGucket starts tapping around his body, (y/n) telling him "We have no idea what that means."

Dipper's p.o.v.

We carefully and quietly go down the staircase which leads to a red curtain. Slightly pulling it back we see a red chair to the side, in the middle a table with a chest on top six people surrounding the chest in red robes, an image of a crossed-out eye on their hoods as they chanted something. Another cloaked figure approaches and asks "Who is the subject of our meeting?" We gasp as they drag Lazy Susan up and they all chant in unison "This woman." "Lazy Susan?" Mabel whispers as we watch them tie her to the chair and the cloaked figure asks "What is it that you have seen?"

"Speak!" The rest chant and Lazy Susan explains. Uh well uh...Yeah I was leaving the diner and I saw t-these little bearded doo-dads and I was like waaa?!" "How is this Lazy Susan's first time seeing the gnomes?" I hear (y/n) ask and shrug as we continue to watch. "There, there. You won't be like waaa for much longer," The figure opens the chest and pulls out a small hand machine with a pointed light, what was that?

"What is that gizmo? It looks like a hairdryer, are you guys, barbers?" Lazy Susan asks as we watch them turn a file before pointing the machine at Lazy Susan before it flashed. When we open our eyes again, Lazy Susan is staring blankly off to space. "Lazy Susan, what do you know of little bearded men?" "My mind is clear thanks to the Society of the Blind Eye." "It is unseen!" They put the machine away and leave, taking Lazy Susan with them. "Oh my gosh, they erased Lazy Susan's memory. Guys, are you seeing this? They just wiped Lazy Susan's memory!" I exclaim and Soos chuckles. "They should've wiped off that awful mascara," This angers the girls. "I think she looks beautiful!" "Why does she need to impress you?!" "She's doing the best she can Soos!" "Waoh! Touched a nerve there." "Come on guys let's go," I say as we walk into the room after checking that it was empty.
