"Emma!" Mia yelled, rushing over to the girl who lay lifeless on the floor.

"Wait! Don't touch her, she's just been shot with electricity, it's dangerous for us to be near her!" Missy called out, warning Mia.

They all circled around Emma's body, trying to see if she was still breathing from their seated position. Freya placed her ear just above her mouth to see if she could feel the girl's breath on her, but there was nothing.

"Emma no." Missy sobbed, letting out a cry once more as she held onto Mia with a tight grip, a hand wrapping around her mouth.

"Guys she's not breathing, I'm going to have to check her pulse, pass me that cloth." Freya ordered to Gabi, who quickly hurried over to the table and picked up an old, dusty piece of fabric.

Freya wrapped it around her hand and placed her two fingers on Emma's neck, just under her jaw. No pulse. She quickly grabbed her wrist, feeling the inside and waiting intensely. No pulse. Placing her hand ultimately on her chest towards her heart. No pulse.

Sitting back in defeat, she looked back at the breathless body, raising her hand to cup her mouth in horror. Shaking her head, unable to process words, the silent statement was out.

Emma was dead.

The room began to spin for everyone. The only thoughts running through their pounding, burning heads, was the news that their friend was gone. Too blinded by their own corrosive thoughts to even comfort one another, they just stood in shock and utter horror at the event that just played out before them.

From now on, they had to be careful of booby traps too. It was all astounding how real it was. Amy wasn't lying when she said they wouldn't all make it out alive.

A crash and shatter from the room next door caused all of them to snap out of their trance, mindlessly walking to the other room with thoughts numb and decayed.

The slam of the large double doors behind them where Emma's lifeless body lay shattered their ear drums, making them turn round in realisation.

"No!" Mia screamed, banging against the door and playing with the lock, trying to open it. "Emma's still in there!" She yelled against the door, pressing her body into it as she sobbed.

"Mia, there's no time to mourn now, we must figure out a way for us all to escape alive, then we can figure out what's going to happen with her." Gabi spoke softly, pulling Mia into a hug to comfort her.

"Guys." Missy called from the corner of the room; an uneasy tone received from her voice as she held up another letter address to them all.

"Well, now your eyes are all opened a little and reality has struck, guess you'll finally take my games seriously. Next up, a series of keys and boxes. Next to this letter there are four different keys, each pick one and find your accompanying box. You have full roam of this room and the surrounding others to find the boxes on your own. As usual, some have good contents inside, some have bad. Also, you're on a time limit. Happy searching. -Amy." Missy said, reading directly from the page and sighing deeply.

"Guess this is real then." Freya sighed, chewing at her fingers in anticipation.

"In all honesty though, if it wasn't us in this situation and this Amy girl turned out to be hot, I'm pretty sure I'd be worshiping the ground she walked on. I sort of have a thing for fictional murderers." Mia exclaimed, picking up a key and twirling it around her finger, oblivious to the stares she was receiving.

"Mia. Not the time." Gabi hushed, pushing her away to grab a key of her own, admiring it before she moved away from the bowl.

"No, I'm with Mia on this. Whenever they make up murderers in movies and tv shows, they're instantly attractive." Freya shrugged, agreeing with Mia and exclaiming a high five.
