Broken Love

A One-Sided Love

They've been together for a while now, everything was so great. She has never experienced a love like this before, she knows in her heart that he is the one for her. Out of nowhere, he changes and this feeling of being betrayed keeps erupting in her body. She looks at him with hurt and sorrow in her eyes in the hopes this feeling is all a lie. She refuses to believe that he would ever hurt her even though all the signs are there. She stays in hope that he'll choose her and leave them alone. Yet every time she isn't with him she gets this feeling of hurt and it won't leave her alone. She wants to speak on it in hopes he'll shut it all down, but what if he doesn't? What if he says yea that he messed up, she'll be heartbroken. She is supposed to be happy not hurt. He promised her happiness. He promised her true love. He promised so much. Now she is stuck. Now she lets this fear take over her body. She can't even stomach the thought of him with somebody else, it hurts too much. He acts so differently now. He drives off before she even gets in the house safely. He doesn't take her out anymore. He doesn't show her off anymore. He doesn't treat her the same way. Yet she continues to do everything for him. She gives her last to him and he doesn't even know. She will do anything to make him happy. What if she doesn't make him happy anymore? What if he found somebody better? She is hurting. She doesn't know how to deal with this pain except to distant herself. I guess that's what she'll have to do to be happy once again. Hopefully, he sees and tries to get her back. Hopefully, this isn't the end of this love story.
