My first period

It all started last December.....I went over to my best friend Jessica's 2 story delux apartment and she gave me the big news...... She had her period !! I was so jealous! On account of I have been trying different remedies from fourth grade and guess what we're in the summer of fifth grade and upcoming fall we will be in 6th grade! Omg!! I exclaimed now I'm really the only one! I got up and ran out the door didn't stop until I got home which was hard to do because of my tears it was hard to miss because of the huge 3 story bright blue house with the broad white fence and the four acres in the back yard. My family is very wealthy! Anyway back to the story. Well I ran in and slammed the door to my bright purple room. I heard my moms footsteps coming up the stair case. "Hunny what's wrong " says mom. "Hunny let me talk to her" I heard my stepdad Steve say. We're very close. "Hunn open up the door please?. Said Steve. " come on now CeCe..(short for cecielia) you know singing makes you feel better" so I got up and let him in . " so what's the song choice?" Asked Steve . " shine bright like a diamond!" I say promptly

Singing always make me feel better! " now is there something you want to tell me bud?"(my nick name) " yeah dad " I say.. " we'll all my friends have there pe- that's when he cut me off. " whoa bud... You should talk to your mom about that because that's women talk and I can't help you with that " said Steve getting up. " sorry bud". And with that he walked out.

I ran out and quickly made an appointment to see dr Kelly . The next day we walked in and she told me the same as every other doctor that I was going to get it when my body was ready. Well guess what! I don't want to wait! The starting if sixth grade.....

We were walking down the hall to get to mrs browns class but we were late because of some friends from elementary school tellin us how they had their periods over the summer. Well I was boiling then! I ran out if the room and down the hall to the bathroom! I went to the last stall, put my feet up and started balling! I was in there until one if my friends I guess told mrs brown about it and she was the biggest exaggerator ever! She rushed in and had menstrual pads and that just tore me to pieces! " I don't need them !" I yelled " I'll get it when my body's ready" mimicked CeCe .
