"Watch where you're going, asshole!"

I looked up, just in time to see my best friend run into someone. I rushed over, and stepped in front of her.

"Oh my god, so sorry. She just gets nervous in big crowds like this...."

The boy, who was actually really cute, sighed and continued on his his way. Relieved, I turned to face the most awkward person I have ever met, the girl who just so happened to be my bestfriend.

"Thank you... I wasn't paying attention, I was listening to music and got lost in my own world.."

"It's cool Sady. Just try to be more careful next time, okay?"

I smiled at her, and reached over to fix her beanie, that was working its way off her head.

"Now lets go find cute boys. Okay?"

She grinned at me, showing her beautiful smile, and I instantly felt butterflies. I grabbed her hand, and pulled her through the crowed. I could hear music in the distance, but it was unrecognizable. I nodded my head to the beat, and Sady giggled.

"What are you laughing at?"

"Oh nothing... Just the way you dance." She laughed some more, and I could feel my cheeks getting hot. I hated embarrassing myself in front of her. I always felt like a loser... And when she laughed, it just reminded me that we are such good friends.. I'm sure you're thinking "what? Why is that a problem?! You're a crazy chick." Honestly, I really enjoyed being best friends with her. The problem was, as soon as I met her, I knew I wanted to be with her. The way she talks, the cute flirty thing she does and doesn't realize, her perfect smile, and her gorgeous body, all combined with her personality, it was just to much for me. I remember the day I set eyes on her... I was sure that she was meant to be with me...

"Leaiin. Leaaiinnnn. LEAIIN."

"Huh? Oh sorry, I was just thinking."

"Haha, okay. I was worried for a second!"

We were trying to find our way through the mall that was located in our small town. It was only 2 weeks until Christmas, so every store was full of psychotic humans rushing to get the perfect gifts. I grabbed sady's arm, and pulled her to our favorite store, hot topic. as we walked into the doors, the cashiers rushed over to greet us. We listened and pretended to care about the sales or whatever was going on at the moment, then walked over to the band tees.

"I think you should get this one!" Sady tossed a shirt to me. I held it up to see what band it was. I smiled and looked at the beautiful faces of breathe Carolina.

"Unf. It's perfect."

I tossed a short to her, trying to predict her reaction. As she held the shirt up, she gave me a big hug. That band tee was more than a shirt to us. On that shirt, was a wonderful sugar skull, with the words "pierce the veil" printed across ex the top. Pierce the veil was our favorite band, and we were going to see them next weekend at warped tour. Together. <3
