My Love For Him

Summer

Today is just as hot as any other day but I wonder why I woke up so early, usually I wake up late but today I woke up early and either something bad or good will happen today. *knock knock* I wonder who that is this early in the morning. I open the door and see my best friend Katlyn. "Meg I need your help" is all she said to me before dragging me out of my house while I'm still in my PJs and to her car and driving me over to our other friend Mike's house. When we get there Kat drags me to the door and knocks so then Mike can open the door, once he opens the door we all go inside to talk about why Kat needs my help

Kat: so Mike you wanna tell Meg what's wrong?

Mike: uhh no this your problem not mine you tell her

Megan: (still tired) can I be told so I can go back home and get back too sleep

Mike: I just now noticed you were still in your PJs is it that serious Kat?

Kat: yes it is, Andrew asked me to go out with him

Megan: WhAT!!!!!!?

Mike: that's it?

Kat: yeah

Mike: so you mean to tell me that this so called 'problem' was that a guy asked you out?

Kat: yes

Megan: omg I can't believe he asked you out

Kat: I know right

Mike: uhh what's so good about this Andrew guy?

Megan: well you may not know this but Andy is the cutest guy in the school ever since summer started I haven't seen him (turns to Kat) but you mean to tell me that he asked you out?

Kat: yeah I'm super excited what's should I tell him?

Megan: uhh tell him no

Kat: why?

Megan: because if you start dating him I'm gonna hate you

Kat: why?

Megan: because he was the hottest guy ever and you know I like him just as much as you do so if you date him I will be highly upset

Kat: fine just so I won't jeopardise our friendship

Megan: thank you Kat (hugs her)

Mike: is that all you two were going to do?

Kat: basically

Mike: right well since the two of you are here would you like something to eat?

Megan: -sigh- alright I'm wide awake so sure

Kat: sure I love eating at your house Mike since you always have full course meals

Mike: yeah I know since I'm rich 😒

Megan: yeah we know your rich Mike now treat us too some food

Mike: yeah yeah I got it

Mike is both me and Katlyn's best friend the three of us are always together, but back to before Mike has his maids fix me and Katlyn some food after the three of us eat we pile into Mike's car and head back too my house so I can change into some real clothes and fix my hair after that we made Mike to shopping with us (we usually take Mike shopping every Friday so he can save up thousands of dollars then me and Kat can spend it all in one go sometimes we don't and just spend a few dollars) we bought some antiques and then we went and got some bathing suits for a trip we are going to take tomorrow after that we went to an arcade and played a few games Mike showed me how to play a game that he loves to play called guitar hero after that the three of us chilled out at an ice cream parlour

Megan: oh no

Kat: (goes over to her) what happened?

Megan: I dropped my ice cream 😔

Mike: (comes over) what happened?

Kat: Megan dropped her ice cream

Mike: oh

Megan: don't worry about it I'll just get another one you don't have to use anymore money on me okay

Mike: hold on (grabs Megan's arm before she leaves) here have this (gives Megan his ice cream) since we both had the same kind you have mine it's makes up for it and I wouldn't be spending money on you but on me instead does that make you feel better?

Megan: oh sure thank you

Mike: no problem wait for me here alright? (Goes back to get another ice cream cone then comes back) okay are you two ready to go?

Both: yeah sure

We leave again but this time we head to a park while we relax at the park (it's not that far away from Mike's house) Kat is on her phone the whole time texting someone and from the sounds of it they must really like talking to her or its really important. I don't ask her who or what she is talking about since I want to be a good friend and stay out of her buisness then suddenly she said she has to go but she will meet us back here tomorrow, both me and Mike say okay and we all say our goodbyes then Kat leaves the two of us alone

Mike: so what do you want to do?

Meg: I dunno what about you?

Mike: it's really nice out tonight so I guess we can just relax out here

Meg: okay
