The picture burned everyone around who dared look at it. There were men all around in a circle holding their swords to the ground, in the middle lay the woman with long hair covering parts of her body to still hide her nakedness, cuts and bruises lay on her body, something nobody would just imagine for fun. Across her lower region was a long red ribbon barely visible. Abel read the labeled title for the picture and his heart could've shattered right then. It was called 'Innocence' and said more the longer you looked into it.

On another glass wall that Felix pulled out, Eden stared amazed that no matter how many years apart, she could recognize pieces of equipment and technology. There was a small girl curled in a ball, around her were what could be bright lights. Another with straps holding the body of the small girl down, her body arched against the restraints. From the whole side angle, many small silver looking lines were coming out of the girl's body. More pictures looked the same with the white background and the small girl. It was only visible to be the same girl by the hairstyle. Braided at the back of the neck and wrapped around wherever it could be seen. Almost every picture had the girl with, now known as needles, sticking into parts of her body. Clear veins turning black around the needle. Pictures of the small curl curled forward, her body tucked under and her spine revealed to have numerous incision points down the spinal column. The worst part was how the child's back had a clear pink cross painted on the back. Several paintings showed the different positions of the girl crying or screaming, but more parts of her body being either cut open or needles again into it. More showcased the girl growing stronger, parts of her body changing to the grey tone as she stared at a red rose in her palm. Or curled on her knees with small wings stretching on either side of her body. Abel stepped closer seeing the girl in a chair with tubes and machines all around her body, a memory he felt too close to his youth. But he was almost too young to remember anything happening.

Eden gave a small nod and made her way to a few other paintings. They were white rooms with what looked like odd devices that looked like pods. With a hard swallow, Eden turned her head to Abel. "He had visions. There's no way he could've painted half of these. Some events he never had the ability to watch. Some are correct, but parts aren't correct... They have items that were not yet created in the times he lived. This is from... From the Ark. I got visions of things from him! He had been cursed by it as well. I was plagued by my mother's tears, father's visions, and both gave me unholy abilities..."

"Are you sure who painted these? Eden... Look, maybe there's another explanation." Abel tried making sense of the odd Ark looking paintings. His eyes wandered to an all white painting with a black line that looked to be hair trailing along in a white void. A small outline of a womanly body was showcased beneath the hair. It showcased the length of the hair, similar to Eden now. "Eden... I read your mother's diary. She told about how she was taken, your brother's stillbirth, how she fell in love with Theo, and that he used to have terrible dreams. Much like the ones you have. He dreamt of disturbing things..."

"That came true in one way or another... They always come true..."

Abel nodded, "She wrote about you drawing pictures when you were young. Of the ones about crucifixion..." Abel watched Eden's body tense up, the lights starting to flicker a few times. "About your accident and how she too could move and do things with her mind. That part she passed down to you. She even wrote about... What happened when you took her cross down once you got off of your own... And another about what happened thereafter in the hands of the Knights... And when your mother couldn't write for herself anymore." Abel tried to keep his voice as tender as he could while reaching out towards Eden not wanting to upset her any more. "About how Maria died in the courtyard... And about how you were forced to watch... Oh, Eden... It's alright though. You're here. You made it through..."
