Halloween Masquerade

It happened so fast, I was at my laptop doing some homework when my phone pinged, I ignored it, but then several more arrived instantly after so I grabbed it up of my desk and stared at the notifications, one message from Derek, the almighty Alpha of Beacon Hills, then there is 10 from Erica and 15 from Lydia, so I opened Derek's first

Derek: No Pack night tomorrow, I have stuff I got to do

ok now I know what Lydia and Erica's messages are about, and they are practically the same with them saying I have no excuse to not show up at the Halloween dance tomorrow and they are going to make sure I go even if I don't want to, fair i was using the pack meeting as an excuse not to go but I actually didn't mind going, there are a few threats from Lydia for if I tried to get out of it again but I didn't want to so it was fine, I grinned and put my phone down returning to my homework

By the time tomorrow came I didn't even have the chance to wake up because Erica and Lydia was dragging me out of bed and throwing clothes at me, I groaned rather loud as they shoved me into my bathroom yelling get dressed and closed the door on me before I could protest anymore, and I did rather slow and sluggishly if I do say so myself because im not even aware of what time it is

We had soon made our way into the mall and into a masquerade dress up shop, Erica had already found what she was wearing, cat woman apparently, she had a grin on her face as Lydia looked around for herself she continued to look around for me, I frowned as she pushed a outfit into my arms and urshered me to the changing room "who is the ball from anyways and why do you even know about it" I shouted as I changed

When I looked in the mirror I noticed it was a white fox mask and a suit equipped with its own little fox tail on the belt, I frowned pulling back the curtains both the girls had changed into their own outfits, Erica a black cat and Lydia as a peacock "wow that looks amazing" Lydia praised and Erica grin got bigger.

The girls let me return home after acquiring my fox outfit with a promise to pick me up at 5, I grabbed my phone and messaged Scott, after getting no reply after half hour I messaged Derek instead

I frowned at my phone, before turning to the tv and binge watching GoT until my door was knocked, "it's open" I called and The girls came in "why are you not dressed, Stiles go get dressed" I whined "but it's only 4:30 you're early"

Erica grabbed the remote and turned off the TV "because we knew you wouldn't be ready now get up and go get dressed" she pulled me up and I got pushed up the stairs to get ready.

Half hour later and all three of us were heading to the party, the place was huge it might as well be a castle "pft is this some royal place where you need a specific invitation to enter because I don't have mine" I said gaping at the large place

Lydia waved to envelopes in her hand "it's fine, I knew you'd forget it so I had it with me, you're welcome" I gaped not even remembering the receiving of this invitation "I took it the day it was delivered" she answered the unasked question

We all got out the car and pulled down our masks before heading to the door handing over our invitations as we get invited in and lead to a larger ball room, it wasn't quite filled but we could clearly see our pack minus Derek, I wonder if he's coming "Scotty" I bound up to him giving the wolf a hug who just laughed "they got you to come then" he answered with a smile
