Mother Knows Best

Me or him

all the commotion woke Keith up. he looked confused and frightened at the sight of the man standing over his sister.

Sarah's POV
I see the kids start to wake up and send them to their rooms before they could ask me anything

Keith's POV
before I could get anything out of my mouth we were being sent to our rooms, but that wasn't going to stop me.
"mom what is he doing here," I asked.
she just brushed it off and said it's her house she'll have who she wants in it.
I kept pressing her for a real answer because how could she let him back after everything he pulled. Mom got annoyed with me a was  about to run up and smack me in the face before Lauren got in the middle

Lauren's POV
as I was about to walk to my room I heard Keith start to question mom which is something he usually never does so I was caught off guard. She didn't give a direct answer just her typical because I'm the mother answers. Keith kept pressing her and I could see her getting angrier by the second. Mom started to move real fast towards him but before she could make it to him I jumped in between them. Mom pushed me aside and as I was falling on the couch I felt a hand groping my thighs. It was mom's friend pulling me onto his lap but she was so outraged that she didn't notice what was happening. I tried to get up but he kept pulling me down at this point mom is chasing Keith around the living room

Sarah's POV
I pushed Lauren out of my way because who does she think she coming to that boy's rescue captain save a bro.  Keith took that as an opportunity to run off so take after him after about my third lap around the living room I see Lauren sitting on my man's lap on the couch. I ran over and pulled Lauren by her hair and started punching and kicking her.

Lauren's POV
I'm still trying to break free of his grasp but he keeps holding on tighter. after my last successful attempt, I see my mom coming towards me real fast before I could get anything out, my mom came over swinging and kicking on me. after what seems like 30 minutes of kicks and punches she tells me to stand up and asked me how could I be such a hoe. I explained to her how he pulled me down and was holding on tight. she looked to him for an explanation. He told her that when I fell I asked him if  I could sit on his lap because I always wanted to see how it felt.  I begged and pleaded for her not to believe him but somehow he had her wrapped around his finger.

Sarah's POV
the things that I was hearing coming from my man's mouth caused me to feel nothing but rage. Here she is sitting in my face crying to play the victim when all she wants to be is a little whore. what grown man would lie on a child like that, he has to be telling the truth. I could stand the sight of her anymore so I sent her to the store to get my man some cigarettes since she was the one who stressed him out.

Lauren's POV
with makeup now covering up my bruises I'm getting ready to walk to the store. the store is about a 20-minute walk so  I put my headphones in. I can't believe I have to go get that monster anything from the store. the thought of your mother picking the same man twice over me is very reprehensible to me. I wish one day I have a  mother that will have my back no matter what
