Chapter 2

Jaemin dragged his feet to class slowly.

He was wearing a black turtleneck and a pair of black jeans that had rips on the knees with white vans.

He was exhausted with many projects and he just did not want to be here.

When he arrived into his professors classroom, Donghyuck had his hand raised in the air, signalling him to come over.

The whitish blonde compelled and made his way over to the pink haired male, taking a seat.

"Did you do your review?" Donghyuck asked and Jaemin groaned and shook his head no.

"We have a test today. Want to see mine before class starts?" Donghyuck offered and Jaemin's eyes widened.

"We have a WHAT?!" Jaemin yelled, grabbing the attention of people who were previously half asleep, but now fully awoken.

"Shh. Yes a test. Professor Kim told us last Friday," Donghyuck explained and Jaemin rubbed his temples in frustration.

"Please let me review your notes, Hyuck," Jaemin begged and Donghyuck gave him his folder.

While he was stressing about, Donghyuck looked around the classroom, nothing the newly Halloween decorations that was added.

Professor King sure outdid himself this year.

He had carved pumpkins by the exit, fairy lights hung over the white bored, a scarecrow just beside his desk, a banner that read 'IT'S SPOOPY SEEZEN', and he had a zombie mask filled with candy (not to his students, but for himself...can't blame the guy.)

Donghyuck had never noticed how seriously professor Kim took Halloween.

The pink haired male in an Adidas tracksuit nudged Jaemin's arm.

"Don't you think professor went a bit overboard this year?" Donghyuck suggested and Jaemin looked up from studying.

His eyes glanced around the room and his eyes found a sign that read 'BEWARE' on top of the art supply room.

Jaemin lifted a brow as music suddenly played and the professor moonwalked into the classroom.

"I guess you guys aren't BAD students since you've all attended," professor Kim greeted, the students cringing at his terrible joke.

"As you know when have a test today so let's BEAT IT," professor Kim encouraged, raising a fist in the air.

He wore a fedora, a white button up with a tie and a black suit jacket. He also had on black shoes and a silver glove.

He was cosplaying Michael Jackson.

"I will be wearing a different costume everyday this week until Halloween," the professor stated and the students chuckled at the febrile.

"You ready?" Donghyuck whispered to Jaemin after he came back with testing papers for the both of them.

"As much as I can be I guess," Jaemin sighed and wrote his name on the paper.

They finished the test just before class ended.

"Let's go eat now," Jaemin begged.

The poor whitish blonde haired male was starving since he had not eaten breakfast this morning.

"Hold on, I'm waiting for Yuta," Donghyuck told him, messaging someone on his phone.

"Don't make me slobber your cheek with kisses," Jaemin threatened.

"Bold of you to assume that I'd dislike it," Donghyuck smirked. "But I don't think Jeno would like that very much."

Jaemin rolled his eyes at his friend.

"How are you two by the way? Anyone ask anyone out yet?" Donghyuck questioned, finally shoving his phone back into his pocket.

Jaemin shook his head and Donghyuck gave a small smile.

"You guys should just talk about it. Or you just take the initiative and ask him out," Donghyuck suggested.

Jaemin thought about it for a moment.

He could ask Jeno out, but it wouldn't feel right.

He'd rather be asked out by Jeno because Jeno makes him feel special.

He guesses it's probably the same way for Jeno too.

He may just do it if nothing happens.

"Hi, my little choco ball," greeted Yuta as the older wrapped his arms around Donghyuck's waist, kissing his cheek while the younger giggled.

"Hi!" Donghyuck beamer, turning around in his boyfriend's arms.

"I hope you weren't waiting too long for me," Yuta pouted.

"As a matter of fact, we were-" Jaemin was kicked in the shin by Donghyuck.

"Of course not," the pink haired boy smiled and Yuta bent down to peck the shorter's lips.

After several minutes of Jaemin gagging at the couple in front of him, they finally made their way to the cafe.
