Light seeped through the dark grey curtains of Espresso's room waking him up with a grunt. He opened his eyes and sat up in his bed with a stretch. He reached over to his bedside table and rummaged through his drawer to get his glasses, he then turned to open his wardrobe, slipping on his school uniform. He left his room and went downstairs to his kitchen, seeing his sister Latte sat at the table with their cat. "Latte, you left toast in the toaster." He groaned "Eheh, sorry. You can have it!" She said. He ate the toast and grabbed his bag but before he walked out the door latte called out to him "Wait up bro!" She grabbed her bag and dashed to the front door where they both walked out. The sun was bright, too bright, Espresso closed one eye but as soon as he did he heard a familiar voice. "Espresso! See something ya' like?!" He looked up to see a long haired blond boy stood on the other side of the road. "Not you." Espresso mumbled as Madeline ran across the street to him and Latte when he got there he said nothing but he kept doing a winking gesture at espresso, this annoyed him. "What the fuck Madeline?" he looked at him with a disgusted face "Whattt?" Madeline said tipping up Espressos chin with his finger "Stop." Espresso said and walked past Latte so he was infront and away from the other boy.
